1 week later

"Ooh isn't this pretty?" I asked Kostas as I looked at a dress on display. We're currently at the mall because he wanted to take me shopping. He claims he wanted to treat me today and I'm not complaining. If he wants to take you on a shopping spree, let him.

Downside is, I'm a lousy shopper. I have a bad habit of judging how much I like clothes and accessories based on the price tag. Most of the time I can afford the item, I just don't agree with the price. I think I inherited my dad's cheapness.

Speaking of which, I need to give my family a call. We usually talk everyday, or at least try to, but I've been preoccupied this last week and my parents have been busy preparing for the family that's flying in next week for the holidays.

"You want it?" He asked with a brow raised. I nodded, it was a really pretty dress.
When he said he was taking me shopping, I thought about your typical retail stores. I should've known a man like Kostas Artino would shop on the south side of the mall, where all of the expensive and designer stores are.

Kostas waved a worker over and the woman practically skipped over here. "How can I help you?" She asked.
"She would like to try on this dress." He told her, pointing towards the mannequin.
"Oh, um right away sir." She said and then asked for the size. Kostas looked towards me and I gave her my size.

She lead me to a fitting room that was very fancy. They had couches and stalls with curtains in front of them. It kind of reminds me of Leona's.
"Here you go." She said and handed me the dress on a hanger. I thanked her and went inside the fitting room. Kostas sat down on one of the couches and waited for me.

I put on the dress and it was a good fit. The dress was a deep black with a long train and the material was velvet. There was a high slit that showed off my leg and at the top of the dress, there were diamond studded leaves along the edge. It's also very warm so it would be perfect for the cold weather we've been getting. It also came with gloves which made me feel like a widow who's attending her very rich and dead husband's funeral. I love it.

I opened the curtain and walked out. The motion made Kostas look up from his phone. "You like?" I asked and spun around. "You look beautiful. You should wear it to the auction tomorrow." He told me.

There's an auction tomorrow that he invited me to. It's going to be similar to the one I went to when we first met. This time, Aria's parents won't be attending because they're away on business, but Aria will be attending with Hector and I'll be going with Kostas. Would this be considered a double date?

If there's going to be a red carpet like last time where we take pictures, this dress will be perfect because it'll keep me semi warm because of the gloves and material.

Kostas paid for the 3 thousand dollar dress and we left the boutique. This was actually the first store we went too so this would technically be the start of our little shopping spree.

"Where do you want to go next?" He asked me. He held my hand while holding my bag in his other hand. What a gentleman.
"I don't know, where do you recommend?" I asked him. I never willingly shopped on this side of the mall, and even then, I only went to maybe 2 stores so I'm not really sure what's over here.

"I can think of a few places." He told me and led me to a shop with Chanel in big letters above it. Chanel?!
There were handbags, perfumes, and jewelry on display you could look at, but in the back of the very small store, there was a velvet rope with what looked like a vault behind it. There were purses in display cases, the kind of display cases you see very expensive jewelry in. I'm guessing that's where they keep the more expensive items.
