You walked to the sitting room to find the young Duke drinking tea.
"My lord, I apologize for lashing out on you earlier." You said, bowing.
He stood up, "No it's alright!", he said nervously.
You nod. "So, what brings you here?" You ask curiously.
He responded, "Ah, were you not informed of my visit ahead of time?"
You shook your head.
"I see..." He said. "Well I'm here because, you and I have to start planning for the wedding" he continued, getting straight to the point.
"Hm, alright do you have ideas to go off of?" You asked.
He shook his head back and forth signaling 'no'.
You heard a knock at the door and a Maid walked in, she bowed before handing you a book. She said it was from your father, it was a book of different things you will be able to choose from for your wedding. Such as a church, your dress, Ijekiel's suit, etc.
"Hm, what wonderful timing." You said childishly.
"I suppose so" Ijekiel chuckled at your antics.
"So this is a book of suggestions for the wedding?" You asked the maid, inspecting the book.
"Yes, my lady" She answered cheerfully.
"But why? Why should we start planning now, I'd prefer the wedding be after the princesses debutante." You questioned.
"Maybe they want us to start planning early, so that when the time comes we won't feel rushed or under pressure." He explained.
"Alright, I guess we could start planning now." You gave in, sitting down on the sofa next to Ijekiel.
