As you stepped to the ground, you felt your fiancé's hands around your waist.
You waddled your way to the front door where your family awaited. "Mother, Father," you smiled.
You hugged your parents, smiling kindly.
"How was the trip?" Your father inquired, placing his hand on your back, leading you and your fiancé inside.
You smile, explaining the adventure in detail.
"That must have been quite the horror," your mother said, "how are you both feeling?"
Ijekiel smiled, "I cannot speak for the both of us, but I believe we'll be just fine." He glanced down at you, a warm smile still present on his pale face.
You hugged your parents again before parting ways and sitting on your soft bed.
A soft knock rung through the quiet room before the large doors opened, "papers for the wedding, my lady," the maid bowed, handing you the papers and closing the door behind her.
You sighed, taking the file and flipping through the papers.
Your fiancé rolled off the soft cushion, making his way to your bureau. "We've had an adventurous few days darling, you can review these later. It's time to relax now," he whispered, pulling you towards the bed you once cuddled into.
A sigh escaped your lips, giving into the tempting desire. Sitting at the edge of the bed, you allow yourself to be wrapped in the warm blanket of slumber, you slump down into your future husband's chest.

"—lady!" You heard, rising back into your consciousness. You groaned, squinting at the bright beams of sun.
"What?" You whined, rubbing your sleep filled eyes.
"I've delivered more papers to review for the wedding, my lady," she repeated.
You sighed, sitting up in your fiance's arms. "Yes, okay I'll get to it," you spoke, annoyed.
You stood, wobbling to your desk. The audible sound of the door closing behind you.
Reading through the documents, you took notes. What you liked and didn't like, how everything would be.
You sighed, unable to focus on the dozen stacks of paper before you.
