Jungkook liked the way things were coming together. But somehow it still feels as if it needs some extra spice. He had an interviewee coming in today that he had taken a while to get to. It's because he's so busy. Who knew being the number one underground rapper could make a guy so caught up right?
The speaker on the wall of his living room crackled and his guard said someone had come by. "Coming," Jungkook got up to go to the door.
A few moments later, Hoseok and Agust D were sitting in his living room. Hoseok wore a white jump suit and a white cap while Agust D wore the same but in black. They seemed dressed for a performance.
"We were invited to the F*ck Festival across town. A lot of people were looking forward to seeing us this fine Saturday evening. You must make haste. We cannot stay long." Hoseok's leg was crossed as his arms spread out over the backrest of the sofa. He looked like a real star. The hour was two p.m so they had until seven before they would need to leave. Their performance was at eight.
"Do not rush yourself." Agust D murmured. His hands were clasped before him. Rings dressed every one of his fingers.
Jungkook sat nervously across them. His camera was set up for the recording. "Yes. Thank you for agreeing to come. I am sure you all are aware of the documentary I am putting together." He had a cold sweat moving down his back. "It is about the very mysterious but glaringly spiteful Jesy. Me and Hoseok's friend or ex friend. Whatever we would like to call her."
"Jesy . . . grr." Agust D's face did not change but he sounded displeased.
Hoseok gulped. "Why do you mention her name?" He hissed at the foolish boy. "You are embarrassing me."
"What?" Jungkook was scared. "But Hoseok, I-I told you that this interview was about Jesy and you agreed to come."
"Yes but Agust D is with me and he does not like her after following the drama surrounding her. She embodies everything that he hates. Selfish, superficial people." Hoseok had a hand barring the side of his mouth as he whispered.
"I know but the documentary is not to victimize her. It is to explore her mentality. You know, like documentaries on criminals such as Ted Bundy? Yes." Jungkook turned to the god of rap and production. "Agust D . . . please, if this session will offend you then you have permission to move to the dining room. I have snacks in the fridge. Help yourself to all." He wiped the sweat from his face.
Agust D raised a hand.
They were both silent.
"I am very invested." The rapper said. He clasped his hands once more. "You are . . . a good film maker. This idea is . . . interesting." Agust D seemed pleased though his hat covered too much of his face for them to tell.
Hoseok sighed with relief. "Jungkook is a movie man."
"So I see." Agust D gestured to Jungkook. "Proceed with your interview. If you would like my input, I will give it."
"Yes. Your input would be appreciated. I have been getting lots of opinions from varying individuals." Jungkook turned on his camera then began.
After they were through, they all sat to discuss what had been said.
" . . I believe it will be well received. Maybe the film critics will not label it the best but I see people, young people interested in pop culture taking a liking. Expose videos on problematic personalities do very well online. If you posted it on YouTube, many will flock towards it. Not only because it is about the very problematic Jesy but also because it features well known people like Leigh-Anne herself and Perrie Edwards. Friends of mine." Agust D smiled very tinily.
