On Monday Jesy was watching in stun as Perrie actually sat away from her during lunch.
"I don't know if there's any going back now." Princeton said from her side. Jungkook was sitting next to Perrie in all this and during their huge fight in their chat that spanned through Friday and Saturday, Jade had agreed to migrate to Perrie's side as well.
Jesy folded her arms as she watched the blonde converse with Jungkook as if she did not exist. She got a whole Marcy to join in on the group chat to tell me to stay away from her. Perrie had not been in on the argument on Friday since she hadn't been on her phone due to her own anger but on Saturday the blonde had been online again and had come with a vengeance. At first the chat had mainly been about Ray Ray and Princeton telling Jesy how wrong she was for downplaying Leigh's issues while Jesy defended herself and told them that Perrie should apologize to her for making such a scene in class since people recorded everything and posted it to make her look even worse. But when Perrie joined, the girl had started typing in all caps, telling Jesy that she would never apologize because she deserved whatever she was getting online.
That had hurt Jesy because she was out here getting death threats and here was Perrie saying she deserved it for making an innocent TikTok video? She had started telling Perrie that she was out of line and Ray Ray had said that Perrie indeed had gone too far but the blonde had been off the rails. She had just kept snapping and telling Jesy she was a bad person and Jesy had gotten really mad. They ended up sending voice notes to each other and Jungkook had started adding his own input, obviously backing up Perrie. Jade had come in to say that they needed to calm down and Jesy had told everyone on the chat that they had no idea what it was like to be hated because everybody loved them. Perrie had said that Jesy was once again pitying herself and Jesy had asked her if she was supposed to just not react to everything and Perrie had said that she should try to stay away from it since she kept making it worse when she paid attention.
Leigh had come online around Saturday night to tell Perrie to relax and to tell Jesy that she was sorry about all the hate she was receiving and for some reason that had made Jesy very mad. Perrie kept saying Leigh was suffering but to her it just looked like the girl was chilling at home and only popping up when she wanted to. Leigh had posted a picture of Perrie and her stupid fish toy online but couldn't come out to help her? She had wanted to control herself so bad but Leigh's message had just sounded so surface level and fake.
So Jesy had snapped and told Leigh off. Yes she called Nemo a stupid fish toy in the chat and had told Leigh-Anne that she was so into her own issues that she couldn't see that her own friend was getting dragged. She had said that she did not want Leigh's help because Leigh-Anne clearly didn't care about her at all and that she regretted falling in love with Leigh.
That had made the chat go a bit silent for a moment before Leigh-Anne had told Jesy that she did care about her and that she was being genuine about feeling bad because Jesy didn't deserve any hate. Leigh-Anne had advised Jesy to not look for it and to focus on other things like her track running but Jesy had said that the girls on the track team found her heinous too. Jesy had then brought up the point that Leigh-Anne could hide all she wanted but Jesy could not and that she had to face things head on and it wasn't fair. She had gone on to say that her life was ruined and nobody cared and all her friends had started saying that they did care but that she was pretty much to blame for everything going wrong.
Perrie had come back to tell Jesy that all of this just brought out more of her toxic ways and that she wanted nothing to do with her. So Marcy had been added to the chat and requested by Perrie to ban Jesy from seeing her.
But the mother had wanted to help them out with the heated fight they were having so had given her piece. She had told Jesy that she acknowledged that she was having a hard time but thought it to be best for Jesy to focus on her mental health by cutting off the internet. She had also told her to apologize for the hurtful things she said to everyone and Jesy had done so. Marcy then told Perrie to apologize for the more hurtful stuff that she had said to Jesy and Perrie had agreed. After that everybody started saying they were sorry for whatever extra hurtful things they might have said and then Marcy had informed Jesy that they had all been affected by this and that all of their reactions were equally as painful as the others. She'd said that she was sure that Jade was having a hard time with people knowing what had been done to her and Jade had confirmed and had told Jesy that the way she dealt with it was to just not pay attention to it and to focus on her relationship. And Marcy had said that Leigh-Anne was in a state of anxiety because of it. Of course, Leigh had confirmed that. She had told Jesy that it probably felt like the world hated her and probably a lot of people felt as if they did but that the internet was a very small portion of life if she thought about it and that as long as Jesy knew her worth and found joy in other things that she would be fine. She had also said that they all knew Jesy was trying to change for the better and that they were proud of her and to not let this pull her back. After that, the mother had told all of them to talk to somebody trustworthy about how all of this was affecting them and they had agreed. Jungkook had requested to message Marcy privately and she had allowed him to.
