Perrie had messaged everyone in their friend group to check out Leigh's interview. A lot of her appearances with the cast had been dropping throughout the month already but this was her first one by herself. Leigh had not responded to Perrie's message when she asked how it went after Leigh recorded it and Perrie assumed that that was because she'd gotten busy or had just passed out from exhaustion.
Jungkook yawned while holding up his phone in a way that they would all be able to see.
"People say he's annoying. I don't think I've even ever watched his show." Princeton rubbed his eye. He had stayed up late on a game with Jungkook.
"All American talk show hosts are annoying and unfunny." Jesy grumbled.
"Not true. Americans just have a different sense of humour from ours." Jade expressed. "Press play Kook."
Ray Ray did it for him and the interview started.
Jimmy Fallon was sitting and smiling as his studio audience applauded him. "Our next guest has been taking the world by storm with her incredible beauty and dazzling personality and next month she'll be starring in her first movie with some of the biggest names in Hollywood. Ladies and gentlemen please welcome Leigh-Anne Princewel!"
The band played and the people kept clapping as the camera went to Leigh-Anne entering through a different part of the stage.
"She looks amazing." Said Ray Ray. Leigh wore a black dress and had a hairdo they wouldn't normally see her with. Her hair was straight and in a pony tail that featured bangs at the front.
Leigh-Anne waved at the crowd with a massive grin then walked gracefully in her heels towards the desk.
Jimmy Fallon gave her a hug and allowed her to take a seat.
The band finished playing their bit and Leigh turned to clap for them.
"Wow." Said Jimmy.
Leigh faced him. "Your band is so good. They really set the ambiance for this sort of thing. It feels like an old movie you know?"
The crowd giggled.
Jimmy Fallon did his signature Jimmy Fallon chuckle. The man was always laughing. "Thank you. You know they're actually here every night. In fact my audience only comes out to see them."
People laughed.
"Ah well I totally understand the appeal." Leigh winked at him.
Jimmy laughed again. "Okay so Leigh-Anne you have been . . . everywhere. I mean not just you but your model group just blew up after those pictures were released, went completely viral for a month and then you guys did those interviews and kept signing deals and girls just love you and you kept putting out content and then you got on that TV show which started out in the UK but now everyone's watching it all over the world and you've been doing stuff with D's Angels and now . . . movie? It just . . . it seems like a lot and you're only what? Eighteen?"
Leigh nodded. "I am eighteen. I turned eighteen two months ago." She said pleasantly.
Jimmy Fallon whistled as his crowd cheered. "When most people were eighteen they were getting wasted on their mom's couch." He laughed with his audience.
Leigh laughed too. "Well people get exposed to different opportunities at different points in their lives. I ended up in D's Angels because my friend's mum needed models and it just happened to explode!" She did explosion motions with her hands. "And from there came everything else." She smiled cat-like at him.
"I see and uh so the movie is called 'Get Her' and it's about you being kidnapped and Terry Crews and Martin Lawrence have to come get you but there are bad guys who want you too right?" Jimmy asked.
