Third person POV

Yeira and Baalam ran through the caverns with hundreds of doors. Baalam slapped the wall and looked over his shoulder.

"Where is that idiot?!" Baalam questioned.

"My sister is close by. I can sense her, but the nature of the place is very confusing. I'm having trouble orienting myself-"

"There you are!" Gad rounded the corner with Zena in tow.

"You." Zena stopped at seeing Baalam. "Why are you helping us?"

"Long story." Baalam smirked. "We've got to get you to your mates to save them."

"Addy is prepping the ritual, so she'll have Blake entertain them." Gad announced.

"Where is Blake?" Yeira aggressively asked.

"I'm not sure, but-"

"Traitors in our midst." We turned to see Alabas in the corner.

"Alabasandria, what are you doing?" Baalam stepped towards her. He stopped at seeing black tentacles floating near the darkness. "That's not your power." He stared at the tentacles.

"No, but the one who yields it is very disappointed at the betrayal." Alabas shook her head.

"You're aiding her?" Gad asked.

"And she assumed you to be her true friend and you backstabbed her." Alabas faux sighed. "Trusted the wrong ones."

"She'll kill us all after she's done with whatever she deems to be perfection." Baalam spat.

"Maybe, but I will not risk my chances with this crusade. I'll secure my place by her side."

The tentacles then shot out and grabbed the boys. They struggled against it while Alabas walked away. Zena and Yeira tried assisting them, but the tentacles dragged the boys closer to the darkness. Yeria tried breaking the tentacles, but they were too thick. Zena tried zapping it with raw light energy, which worked, but another tentacle shot out and knocked her down.

"You're wasting time by helping us!" Baalam shouted.

"You need to save them and stop the ritual!" Gad yelled.

"What about you guys?!" Zena tugged on Gad's hand.

"We'll be fine. We need to find Erana anyway." Baalam lightly chuckled.

"Go!" Gad demanded.

"Leave us!" Baalam shouted before they were dragged into the shadows.

Zena and Yeira slammed the rock as the portal disappeared. The two of them locked eyes and nodded. The scents of their mates were really faint, meaning that the girls were incredibly far from here. Zena and Yeira ran around the corners until they arrived at the shore. In the distance, they spotted the floating castle that was probably housing their mates.

"Let's go." Zena and Yeira flitted away.

Meanwhile...

Blake stared in awe at the two women seated near him. They were a bit unnerved and uncomfortable, but didn't move so they didn't anger him. Blake cooed and ran a hand down Acaica's face. Acacia gulped as he pushed the girls apart, so he could be seated in the middle. He wrapped his hands around the girl's shoulders and held them close.

"Entertain them for me." Addy evilly smiled.

"Will do, mother." Blake kissed Hana's cheek, making the girl shift.
