Erana and I returned to our realm and walked towards the castle. I knew she was against the idea of abandoning Zeli, but I didn't give a shit. The guards fell to their knees and bowed as I passed. I ignored everyone in my way and slammed my bedroom door shut. I then screamed and began destroying everything in my sight. I punched the mirror and stared at my quivering hand. I then fell to the ground and slapped it while having a breakdown.

"Addy, are you alright?" Erana cautiously opened the door.

"Did I give you permission to enter?!" I held my hand out and watched her crumble in pain. "How dare you enter on your own accord!" I watched her face turn purple as I cut off her oxygen supply.

"Please, I just want to help you." She struggled to get out. "I don't want you being all alone."

I released her, resulting in her gasping for air. I turned my back to her and walked to the balcony. I placed my hands on the railing and stared at Hell's skyline. I heard movement, so I assume Erana stood up. I looked over my shoulder to see her using the wall to support herself.

"Erana, this entire situation is frustrating." I removed my eyes from her. "How am I supposed to get her back now? What else is left?"

"We just have to keep trying." Erana whispered. "Are you sure it's alright to have just left Zeli? If Adira finds out, then a war-"

"I'd welcome a war with open arms. I wouldn't mind slaughtering a few more angels, so they can understand how I feel."

"But, they do. They lost so many in the war." Erana muttered. "A lot of people are in pain. Many can relate to how you feel. You're not alone."

"I'm alone because I don't have Kiki." I met her eyes. "Many still have their mates though." I scoffed.

"We'll keep looking."

"I know we will." I brushed past her.

Time went on painfully slowly. What was a day in the human realm was many months in Hell. We never stopped looking for a solution, but the reality started to become hopeless. No one knew what to do anymore and if we had a brilliant idea, it'd fail. The amount of souls I eradicated from this world was extraordinary. There'd be a new soul that ceased to exist, everyday. It was the only way for me to release some of my anger and pain I felt over losing my lover.

The months turned into years of isolation. Gad would often approach me to spend time with Blake or just meet with the child for an hour. I stated that Blake was his responsibility, so for him to leave me alone. Gad gulped and nodded, but would often bring it up. Because of that, I decided to sneak into Blake's room.

I stayed in the room all night until Gad decided to check on him. When he entered, he gasped at the blade in my hand. Gad fell to his knees and begged me to spare the human, but I claimed he had gotten too attached. I dared Gad to defy me, but he knew the consequences of such actions. I smirked and plunged the blade into Blake's heart.

Blake woke up with a start and whimpered from the pain. What a weak child. Gad was on the floor contorting his body in agony at the thought of Blake being killed. That's his problem for growing an attachment towards a human or any being. The issue is that they die and will never be with you forever. They'll just leave you gutted and with a hole in your heart.

"Please, think about Kikimora." I raised a brow at him. "It's her son too and she wouldn't want him to die."

"Fine." I glanced down to see him close to death. "I'll make him more durable."

Gad squeaked when I placed my hand over Blake's mouth and nose. Blake thrashed around, but winced at the blade in his heart. Gad gave me pleading eyes, so I decided to follow through and appease him. Well, this is for Kiki to be honest. Blake took his last breath as I changed the probability of where his soul would drift off to.
