^^Blake

Third Person POV

Blake did a nightly stretch and breathed in the incense. He released a satisfied sigh and turned to the circular table. Hana struggled to compose herself since she fearfully eyed the guests... which were 4 corpses. She whimpered when Blake sat next to her.

"Perfect." He disturbingly spoke. "You look perfect."

Blake sat back and marveled at his work of dressing Hana like a doll. She had the bib attached, the headpiece, and a pacifier. Hana gulped as his calloused fingers caressed her face. Blake stared in awe at her before moving to pour the tea.

"Welcome to my tea party!" He boldly announced.

Hana was creeped out by not just the corpses, but the enshrined heads and other demonic shit in the room. Mutilated limbs were strung up around the room and there was a stench associated with the corpses.

"Have some." Blake pushed a dirty tea cup to her. "It's marvelous."

"What's it made from?" Her hand shook as she picked it up.

"Human tea." He laughed in a deranged fashion.

"What does that even mean?" She nervously asked.

"Whatever you wish it to mean." He lovingly stared at her. "I will one day make you my bride."

"Blake, I-"

"You accept, right?" His grip tightened around a knife.

"Yes! Yes, I accept!" Hana shouted.

"Good, then this is my blood oath to you."

Hana screamed as Blake picked up the blade and began cutting himself. He slashed his cheek and made an H, causing Hana to nearly gag. He then began cutting his arms, so that an H would scar over the wounds. Blake allowed a drop of his blood to spill into Hana's cup. He then grabbed her hand and poked her pinky, making her flinch. He squeezed the injury until her blood flowed into his cup.

"Blood bond." Blake chuckled and raised his glass.

Hana faked sipped it while Blake gulped the liquid. Blake breathed out and stood. Hana stared in disgust as he brought over an enshrined head. He placed the enshrined head necklace around her and called for people to enter. Hana was scared shitless as demons, in dark robes, entered the room.

She had no idea what they were doing since they chanted in a different language. Hana instantly knew she was a victim to a cult ritual. The only problem was that she had no means of escape. Her body was still incredibly weak to even attempt an escape. It killed her to know that she wasn't even chained, but had no chance of escape. She wished that Erana would burst through those doors and aid in her escape.

"Eat!" Blake demanded and held mangled meat to her. "Eat!"

Hana had no choice, but to consume the meat. It tasted different than what she was used to. Blake ate with her while the demons jumped around and sang their chants.

"It's delicious, right?" Hana hesitantly nodded. "It's human flesh. Delicious, right?" Hana screamed as Blake consumed more.

"That's disgusting!" She tried to force herself to vomit, but Blake grabbed her hands. "Get it out of me! Get it out!" She thrashed around.

"I can cut your stomach open and take it?"

"No!" Hana shouted.

"Okay." Blake stumbled back. "For you, this is for you."

Blake wandered to an inflamed metal rod. Hana's eyes widened and she screamed, but Blake continued to burn himself. Her eyes widened in horror as his skin sizzled and then bubbled as the rod struck him. Blake then began to self-flagellate himself for harming Hana. Hana cried and begged him not to harm himself.

"I punish myself for you!" He screamed and cut off pieces of his skin.

"HELP! HELP!" Hana screamed.

"What's going- oh my god." Erana terrifyingly whispered. "Gad! Gad!" She sped to Hana's side. "Are you harmed?"

"Emotionally!" Hana pointed at Blake, whose entire body was covered in blood.

"I'm here- Blake!" Gad shouted and ripped the rod from Blake. "This is wrong! You can't-"

"I want to show her my preserved dead animals!" Blake whined.

"Please get me out of here." Hana's watery eyes met Erana's.

"Come on." Erana assisted Hana out of the chair. "Gad-"

"I'll take care of him." He assured.

Erana helped a weak Hana reach the medical bay. Hana was confused why she wasn't taken back to the dungeons. Erana felt Hana's aura and explained that the med bay was the only place she could take Hana besides the dungeon. The devil was prolonging the time that Hana would be imprisoned down there.

"Erana, I'm afraid." Hana's lip quivered. "I'm so scared. Yeira will not reach me in time." She whispered. "I'm going to die." She fearfully stared at the devil. "Will I get peace when I die?" She wishfully asked.

"I won't let you die."

"You don't have that kind of power." She gripped Erana's hand. "I'm as good as dead and you're signing your own death warrant by helping me. Just leave me to fate."

"I refuse." Erana firmly spoke. "I won't lie... I'm a little afraid too. But, I'm a devil and shouldn't be afraid of anything. That's what Kiki said." Erana gulped. "I'll do my best to protect you. When Yeira enters, I'll do my best to guide her here. I have a few tricks up my sleeve that I've learned from Kiki."

"Don't get yourself killed. If it comes down to it, let me die and save yourself." Hana begged.

"You don't understand, if you die... the world will be so much worse. Hell, the human, vampire, wolf, and many realms will be casualties to the war between Yeira and Addy. Yeira will terrorize innocents and destroy the world by trying to murder Addy. It will not end peacefully. You're the only thing keeping the world at bay. Similarly if Acacia or Amelia is killed. Don't underestimate those Sangpures. They'd gladly watch the world burn, so they're not the only ones hurt." Erana kissed Hana's hands. "I know it's hard, but I'm asking you to hang on."

"I'll try. I'll keep fighting."

"That's all I can ask of you." Erana sadly smiled.

"Erana." They turned to see Gello. "It's dangerous to keep her out of her cell for this long."

"I know... but, it's so disgusting down there." Erana sadly spoke.

"Have you given her the necessary medications?" Gello approached Hana. "Her body is slowly strengthening, but she'll need a few more days of intense recovery. I can only heal her so fast since Addison doesn't want Hana to regain her full strength. My hands are tied."

"Can we increase her strength behind Addy's back?"

"No. Addison can detect her aura and the strength in it. If we go behind her back, our fates will be sealed." Gello warned. "Follow her instructions, but find small gaps that you can exploit. Be careful because this is incredibly dangerous, Erana."

"I know, but I'll keep fighting." Erana managed to smile. "That's the devil's way! Always find a loophole!"

"Kikimora had a true friend in you." Erana's face dropped at Gello's words. "I miss that girl so much as well. She was the daughter I never had. I loved her."

"I loved her too." Erana looked down. "I miss my best friend, but I made a vow to her and I'll honor it!" Erana stood up straight. "I won't give up until I bring Addy back to normal!"

"Again, a true friend." Gello softly smiled. "Now, look after Hana as best as you can without creating suspicion."

"I will! You hear that, Hana? I'll try as best as I can."

"Thanks, Erana. But, I think it's time for me to return."

"I'll continue to slip you actually edible food and water." Erana whispered. "And bring you blankets to warm you at night."

"Thanks." Hana tiredly smiled. "Thank you for taking care of me."

"Of course."
