^^Addy

Zena's POV

I ran through the halls in search of where Addy imprisoned her light self. I didn't know where to look, so I was in a slight panic. It also didn't help since I could hear fighting resound throughout the building. This would be so much easier if I knew the layout of this building. I've only been here once and that was when Kiki brought us to the living room and then her room. Otherwise, I have absolutely no idea where to turn in this place. I hate Yeira , but I know she'll keep Acacia safe.

As I passed a hall, I saw Lilith on the opposite side. She glanced my way and turned, allowing me to see Blake's body in her arms. I listened and could hear his faint heartbeat. Lilith emotionlessly stared at me, waiting for me to make a move. I wanted to tear him to shreds, but he wasn't my priority at the moment. I slapped the wall before rushing off.

I found a stairwell and decided to explore it. I shook my head at realizing I was in the dungeons. Her prisoners rattled the cell doors, making me back up in fright. I ran through the dungeon and arrived at another stairwell. I ascended it and heard someone calling my name. I looked around, but the person said my name again. I then noticed a barred window.

I approached the window and saw Erana smiling up at me. She was easily 30 feet below me. I tried to break the bars, but they didn't budge. Erana softly smiled and told me to save my energy.

"It's formed from dark magic!" I looked into another window and saw Baalam in a different cell. "They don't break unless the owner releases it and I don't think Addison has any plans of letting us out."

"Well, she will when she kills us." Gad laughed.

"I wouldn't be that excited for death." I muttered.

"Zena, how come you're here? Did she put you in a cell?" Erana wondered.

"No! We stopped her from completing the ritual." Their eyes widened. "But, she's angry and attacking everyone. Yeira is fighting her off while I find her light self. She apparently dissociated herself and I'm hoping to reunite them and reason with Addy's humanity."

"She did what?!" Baalam yelled.

"Ya, I know." Erana breathed out.

"And you allowed it?!"

"I didn't exactly have a choice." Erana rolled her eyes.

"Erana, you've got to tell me. Where is she keeping herself prisoner? I don't know where to look." I sighed.

"It's simple." I quirked a brow at her. "Where she's feels closest to Kiki." I eyed her wearily. "In Kiki's room." My eyes widened and I smiled.

"Thanks!"

"Hurry! Yeira will not be able to hold her off forever!" Gad stated.

"Go and save us after!" Baalam shouted.

I saluted them and ran up the stairs. I turned the hall and ran down it before halting. Shit! I slapped my legs. I have no idea where her room is. I should've asked Erana for directions. I would've gone back to the dungeons, but I'm not even sure where that is. Addy messed up the whole realm and made it disorienting, where it's extremely difficult to pick up a person's scent.

"You're lost." I turned to see Lilith, without Blake.

"What's it to you?!" I snapped.

"You plan to defeat Addison... I wouldn't be opposed."

"You're not even loyal to anyone, are you?"

"None of us hold grudges." She shrugged. "What do you need?"
