Soulmates vs. Twin flames
Heyo! Just wanted to clear up some confusion because I was trying to do something a bit complicated and didn't explain it properly haha. I usually deal with soulmates, so I don't have much experience with the whole twin flame concept, which is probably why I didn't explain it well lol. So I'll start off with the differences between soulmates and twin flames...
The main difference is that your twin flame is two halves of the same soul while soulmates are two souls that belong together. Because of this, twin flames aren't always your perfect match in terms of romantic relationships or friendships, whereas once soulmate connections meet, it's difficult to ever imagine them apart. A twin flame relationship is meant to challenge us in order to get you closer to the best version of yourself. If you're looking for long-lasting, committed romantic love, you'll find that with your soulmate.
So the entire conflict is that Zena and Yeira share deep connections with the same people since they're twins. Now, it's going to be interesting how they both handle and react to that newfound information. I'll do a spoil warning and say that Yeira and Acacia are twin flames, where both will learn a lot from the other (which is why I lowkey love their relationship). The whole issue (not sure if I mentioned it in the previous chapter or if this'll be a tiny spoiler) is that Yeira and Hana haven't marked each other yet. Because of that, the whole attraction thing is going haywire. If Yeira is to mark someone, then everything will return to normal.
