4. The Day He Invaded The Bathroom

Days later

Almost a month had passed. The four people got used to each other so well as if they had been living next to each other for months or years already. The girls started entrusting boys the groceries shopping and boys often enjoyed Heavenly's delicious cooking. Jordan cannot cook at all, and Aliyah is pretty bad at it herself, even when she tries, so she just entrusts it to someone else. Slowly but steadily, they discovered each other's lacks and good points and began using them in a way that benefits all. Almost every night the crew hung out at one of the two places, playing cards, relaxing, talking or just watching movies. This new life became a safe place, even though each of them doubted a little in how they are going to fit into this college world.

"Jordan Thaddeus Parker!" Heavenly yelled out, walking straight from her living room into the bathroom where he was.

"What are you doing? I'm taking a shower, Heav! " he said out loud from behind the curtain.

"I don't give a damn. " She said angrily. "Since when are you allowed to use my and Aliyah's shower without any consent? "

Jordan pulled the curtain so much that his head could pass through without anything else being seen. His messy wet hair fell down his face.

"Since Hyun used up all the hot water in ours. "

Heavenly Brooks sighed. "That's it! Get out of there in three minutes and meet me in the living room. We have to establish some rules. A colleague from my class is on their way here to do an assignment with me and you are in there, naked. Get out. Get out! "

"Geez. Fine. You've become all screamy lately. I know you missed me these three years, but you didn't have to become so crazy because of it. "

"Hush. At least I had my shower to myself. " She claimed and walked out.

Heavenly was now sitting on the couch of her and Aliyah's living room. It is a gray piece of furniture, dressed in white covers and pillows. The room was clean and bright. You could tell that it is an all-women apartment from one look.

Actually, the colleague that was coming over is a guy named Maxx, whom heavenly grew quite fond of during those first days of college. Aliyah had classes all day until evening and the apartment was left only to herself. She was looking forward to this chance of being alone with him in the apartment and doing the assignment, so that they could get to know each other better. That is the main reason why Jordan's presence annoyed her so much.

"Why is he taking so long? " Heavenly stared at the bathroom door nervously after a few minutes passed.

She first visited Hyun in their apartment to give him groceries he asked of her to pick up at the store for him and Hyun told her that Jordan was using her bathroom to shower. Now, of all time.

Ring. Ring. She instantly turned her head towards the front door with eyes wide open. No, no.

"Heavenly! It's me, Maxx! " a voice was heard from behind the entrance.

The girl shook her head and got up to open the door. "Here I come!"

Heavenly opened the door for her acquaintance and smiled bright. "Hello Maxx. Welcome. Come in. "

The guy smiled at her. "Thanks for having me. " And then he passed through the door and took off his shoes.

"You want something to drink? I've got, coffee, juice and beer." She asked him, entering the small kitchen.
