Finally, the day of their promised uni trip to Wildwood came. The bus ride was an adventure in itself. Aliyah's infectious laughter filled the air, Baek-Hyun cracking sarcastic jokes in between, earning a groan or a chuckle from the group. Thalia's animated storytelling had everyone engrossed, while Elianna, with her witty remarks, kept the atmosphere light.

Heavenly sat quietly for most of the trip, observing the interactions, a subtle smile playing on her lips as the antics of their friends unfolded. She stole glances at Jordan occasionally, her heart fluttering each time their eyes met, but she swiftly looked away, unsure of how to decipher the emotions swirling within her.

Jordan, on the other hand, was a whirlwind of energy. His jokes had everyone in stitches, and his competitive nature shone through in every game they played on the bus. He made a point to include everyone, and his laughter echoed through the vehicle.

The hotel lobby buzzed with excitement as the group checked in. The salty tang of the sea breeze greeted them as they stepped outside. Laughter filled the air, mixing with the distant sound of crashing waves.

"Who's up for a game of table tennis?" Baek-Hyun suggested, eying the nearby table in the hotel's recreational area.

"Count me in," Jordan said, a mischievous glint in his eye. "I still wanna get vengeance against Heavenly for beating me in twister."

Heavenly's imagination went back to twister night and what happened between them afterwards, earning a small blush.

"In your dreams, Jordan. "

The group gathered around the table, dividing into teams. The game commenced, each point accompanied by playful banter and exaggerated victory dances. Cheers erupted with every successful hit, and mock disappointment followed every missed shot.

Jordan and Heavenly's match was a show in itself, their competitive spirits igniting a fiery determination. Every point won or lost was met with laughter and teasing comments, "You could do better than that, " he teases her after losing a shot.

She gives him a glare while serving, "Some people should never walk around without a tape over their lips. "

Amidst the spirited competition, subtle glances and fleeting touches spoke volumes, revealing the unspoken tension simmering between them.

Jordan won in the end, although it was a tough battle. He kept bragging which made Heavenly even more annoyed, and made her annoyance with him even stronger.

A new player, Serena, entered the scene, challenging Jordan to a match. "Care to test your skills against a pro, Jordan?" she teased, holding the paddle with a confident grin.

Jordan chuckled, accepting the challenge. "I'm warning you, Serena. Prepare for a swift defeat."

As they played, her playful jabs and easy banter striking a chord with his playful nature.

Their banter flowed freely as they began the match, their paddles moving with precision. Serena's skill level matched Jordan's, and the game turned into a series of clever shots and rapid back-and-forths. Between swings, their words danced in the air.

"Nice shot," Serena complimented, sending the ball flying back with finesse.

"You're not bad yourself," Jordan countered, grinning.

Heavenly observed their interaction from the sidelines, a mix of admiration and discomfort brewing within her. Jordan's easy camaraderie with Serena tugged at her emotions.

As the game escalated, Serena's competitive spirit shone through. "Looks like you're in for a challenge," she teased, sending the ball spinning towards Jordan's side.
