Heavenly occupied herself with baking a bit later. Jordan sometimes glanced at her from the couch thinking of what could have happened. It must be that stupid boyfriend again. He frowned and bit his lip. That guy... I hate him. Joe thought. Can he just not ruin any more of her Christmas?

"So.." Jordan mumbled while biting a piece of pizza later when it was done. They were both sat on the couch watching something on youtube on Heaven's smart TV. "What did he do now?"

"Who?" she asked confused, biting into her food too.

"That guy."

Oh.

"Maxx, you mean?"

"Yeah, him. Why did he make you so mad?"

Heavenly looked away to the screen. She chewed. "Why do you think it was him?"

Jordan shrugged. "Because I know you. "

He looked at her. She returned the gaze. Heaven sighed. "We argued on the phone and he hung up on me."

"What did you argue about?"

Heavenly didn't want to tell him. She didn't want him to feel bad.

"Just stupid stuff. And I got overly upset. You know me."

Joe wanted to know so bad, but he wasn't gonna pressure her. "Yeah, I know you."

Minutes later, Jordan went to get them a beer from the fridge. Two of them started drinking while eating pizza and playing some cards. After they both had drunk three beers, it started to kick in and the atmosphere became even more filled with jokes and laughter. They started just randomly pulling cards out of the deck and predicting if it's gonna be higher than seven or seven or lower.

"I bet on the second half, if I guess, you tell me the name of the last person you kissed." Heavenly said and pulled the card.

Nine of hearts.

"I don't know." Jordan held his head, trying to remember.

Heavenly felt confused. "You don't know?"

"Last one whose name I remember is Petra on the night of that first party we had. But after that, I went to a nightclub with some friends from my class and I got drunk pretty bad and somehow got caught up with some girl but.. I can't remember what her name was. Honestly. "

Heavenly glared at him as if to drop dead."You seriously can't remember the name of that girl?"

He shook his head and laughed. "Maybe it was starting with an M.. Or was it N? Damn it."

Heavenly laughed really hard at him, not believing he is such a mischief. "You are such a jerk oh god. This is why you'll never get a girlfriend. "

Not particularly, Joe thought checking her out, there's something about not being able to stop liking you as well.

Jordan chuckled and drank a bit of his fourth beer. "It's her fault for coming when I was already dead drunk."

"So did you do her?"

Heaven now drank his drink.

"One question at a time." he reminded. "My turn."

Joe mixed the cards well and then spread them over the coffee table in front of the couch. He picked one random out.

"I bet on the second half too and you're gonna tell me.." he thought about it for a bit.

Heavenly grabbed her head, already expecting the worst case scenario. "Just not anything too sexual, please."
