Four days before
(This is four days before Glenn and the others got to Terminus)

Major let out a low growl, stopping dead in his tracks. Thea immediately looked down at him and reached for her knife. "What is it boy?" She quietly asked, her eyes shooting around.
She listened closer and started to hear voices. Her brows furrowed and she removed Judith from the wrap she had around her before sitting her on the group against a big tree. She then kneeled down in front of Major.
"You have to protect Judy. She needs you to keep her safe. I'll be right back." She sternly told the dog, looking him dead in the eye before standing back straight.
Thea quietly took off towards the sound. As she got closer she drawed her gun. She could see a small camp in through the trees. Her footsteps were soft and quiet and she hide behind a tree that gave her a perfect view of what was going on.
A group a women stood around laughing and clapping while cutting something up. The teen's brows furrowed and she stared harder trying to make out what they were cutting up.
Her left hand flew to her mouth to stop the gasp from escaping her lips. Those women were cutting up a person! An actually person.
Her green eyes traveled around the camp and she spotted another man tied to a tree with a boy around her age.
Thea's foot shifted and a gasp left her as she tried to keep her balance. The women all whiped around and spotted her. "Freash meat, Ladies!" One of them yelled.
The teen didn't waste any time before she took off running. She ran in the opposite direction of Judith. She knew she couldn't lead them women to her.
Her lungs burned and she could hear the yelling get further and further behind her. Once she thought she was far enough she leaned against a tree to catch her breath.
Suddenly a hand covered her mouth and her body got yanked behind the tree. Her eyes widened and she started to squirm. "Calm down, damnit, kid. I'm trying to save you." An unfamiliar male voice whispered into her ear.
The woman then ran by hollering. Thea and the unknown man watched as the group disappeared over a hill.
Minutes later the man unhands Thea. The teen quickly turned around, her gun raised high at the man.
The man chuckled, raising his hands. Thea looked him up and down. He was young — maybe Glenn's age. His dark skin was covered in dirt and scratches. Her eyes met his kind green ones before narrowing on his bleeding shoulder.
"Who the hell are you?" Thea asked, pulling back the hammer on her gun.
"Jasper. You are?" He asked, mustering up a kind smile, though it was obvious his shoulder was causing him some pain.
Thea squinted her eyes at him before hesitantly answering. "Thea. What happened to your shoulder." She asked. Jasper didn't seem like a bad guy, but people probably thought the same thing about the Governor too at some point.
