People die, they leave, they lie... But most importantly people change. Those things are the things that Thea Thomas is forced to realize after the world goes to shit.

"You think Beth's okay?" Syd asked, braking the silence for the first time in about an hour.
Thea shrugged, looking over at her. "I hope so." Sje shook her head. "Scratch that. Beth's fine. Everything will be fine once we get her and Carol back and we can continue to do what we always do."
Syd smiled slightly. "Fight the dead, starve and loose fifty pounds each week?"
Thea scoffed with a slight smile. "It'll get better. It has to."
Syd looked at her concerned. "Holy shit. Who are you and what have you done with Thea."
Thea opened her mouth to say something but a knock on the door took the words from her. She looked at Syd and she nodded. Both of the girls got up and Thea pulled out her knife while Syd takes out a gun.
Syd followed her to the front door and Thea looked through the peephole. She sighed seeing that it was just Daryl. She looked back at Syd while she unlocked the door. "Go get our bags."
She pulled the door open and smiled at Daryl as Sydney went to get the bags. "'Bout time. Syd and me were running out of things to do."
The Dixon man scoffed and Sydney appeared behind Thea. "We ready to get this over with?" She asked, handing Thea her bag as the three of them approach the van.
Daryl shurged opening the back of the van. First person Thea saw was Dean. He looked at her a little mad before hopping down and hugging her. "Next time you take off I'll kill you." He whispered in her ear.
She shrugged pulling away from the hug. "I'll hold you to it." She sarcastically told him and Syd nudged him.
"What no hug?" She asked mocking offence. "It's been weeks since you've seen me. . . Thea was what a day ago —"
"Shut up." Dean rolled his eyes and hugged her.

"At sun down we fire a shot into the air." Rick explained the plan. "Get two of them out of patrol. Then once it's dark enough that the rooftop spotter won't see us, we go. We cut the locks on one of the stairways, take it to the fifth floor. I open the door, Daryl takes the guard out."
