People die, they leave, they lie... But most importantly people change. Those things are the things that Thea Thomas is forced to realize after the world goes to shit.

The girl leaned over and rolled up the jean leg that covered the bandage on her thigh. It was time to put clean bandages on. Luckily she had found more at that trailer.
"It's gonna be a cool scar." Dean spoke, watching her carefully.
Thea scoffed, rolling her eyes. "It's gonna look stupid." She muttered, glaring at her suturing skills. "Would've been helpful if Dr. S and Hershel could've taught me a bit more."
"Well, on the bright side. Chicks dig scars." Dean proudly told her, nodding his head. Merle told him that.
The girl's eyes snapped up at him and her nose scrunched up. "It's not exactly chicks I want to dig me."
"Oh." Dean's cheeks heated up and he shrugged. "I mean, uh. . . I think you're perfect." He cleared his throat. "Stupid scars and all. So I'm sure other boys will too."
It was Thea's turn for her cheeks to heat up, turning a light shade of pink. "I, uh — thanks." She mumbled, smiling a little.
Dean nodded, scratching his left arm. "Yeah. Anytime, bug."
Thea bit her lip, moving her eyes around to look at the others. When she spotted Alisha a sigh left her lips. "That Alishia girl, over there talkin' to Bec. She was with the Governor." She quietly pointed out.
The Dixon boy nodded. "So was Tara." He informed her as he sat on the ground. "But I don't think that matters. They seem lik good people."
"Just trusted the wrong guy?" Thea raised a brow, looking over at the boy.
"Yeah."

Mika looked up at Thea and grinned. "Okay! Thank you."
Thea nodded, moving to stand in front of the girl. "It's no problem." She said as Mika unzipped her bag and stuffed Griselda inside.
