𝖳𝗁𝖾𝖺'𝗌 𝖻𝗋𝗈𝗐𝗌 𝖿𝗎𝗋𝗋𝗈𝗐𝖾𝖽 as she watched Carol sneak out the front door. Everyone else was to busy chatting and finishing up their food to notice the woman slip away. Thea stood up, causing Dean and Carl to look up at her, pausing their conversion.

"Where are you going?" Carl asked, tilting his head.

Thea shrugged, glancing over towards the door. "Gonna get some fresh air. I'll be right back."

"I'll can come with." Dean told her about to stand up.

Thea shook her head. "No that's okay." She smiled slightly. "I'm not goin' far. Just to the stairs." She assured before heading towards the door.

She slipped out without being stopped by anyone. She saw Carol go into the woods and she quickly followed. Her footsteps were quiet, careful not to alert the older woman.

Thea stopped at the treeline and watched as Carol approached a car that was parked on the side of the road. The woman looked under the hood before slamming it down.

"What are you doing?" Thea wondered, deciding to show herself.

Carol huffed, turning to face the girl. "You should be at the chruch."

"So should you." The teen shot back, narrowing her eyes.

Some twigs snapped in the woods followed by the sound of a walker snarling. "I'll get it." Thea said, pulling out her knife as she turned to the dark woods.

When the walker came into view, Thea approached it. First she kicked it in the knee and when it crumbled to the ground, she drove her blade into it's skull.

The walker fell to the ground dead and the sound of rustling filled the air again. Carol and Thea whipped around as Daryl emerged from the woods.

"What are you doing?" He asked, looking between the two.

"I followed her out here." Thea explained, pointing at Carol.

Carol glanced around, looking for the answer. Thea wasn't supposed to follow her. Daryl wasn't supposed to show up. She didn't know what she was doing anymore. She slowly shook her head. "I don't know." She finally said.

Daryl nodded his head, gesturing for the two to follow him. "Come on."

Thea wiped her knife on her shirt as she walked towards Daryl. The three survivors stopped when they heart a car.

The Dixon man grabbed Thea's arm and pulled her behind the car that Carol was working on. The Peletier woman quickly ducked down beside them.

The three watched as a black car zoomed down the road. Daryl darted forward to catch a better glimpse of the car.

He quickly ran back to Carol's car and busted the taillights out with his crossbow.

"Whoa, whoa! What are you doing? What are you doing?" Carol asked with wide eyes.

"They got Beth and Syd." He answered running around to the drivers door. "Come on. Come on, get in. Thea get in!" Daryl yelled at the two.

Thea didn't have to be told twice, she didn't even think about it. She hopped into the backseat of the car as Carol got in the front with Daryl. The man barely gave the two time to shut their doors before speeding off.

Thea's eyes widened and she quickly strapped on her seatbelt. She didn't much trust the speed that Daryl was driving. She already had one close call that day, she didn't want to make it two. She definitely didn't want to day as a result of Daryl's reckless driving.
