The Mastermind Vs The Priest

(A what if Shindo saves Rantaro's life while hidding in game and exposes himself and how Tsumugi has to change the game completely)

Tsumugi had forgotten about the seventh student that she had brought to the killing game to spice things up. So when she went to bash Rantaro's head in and got racked by the little purple priest, she had been quite surprised. Not as surprised as everyone, who bursted into the room or as surprised and confused as Rantaro.

Shindo, who had build a book fort next to the hidden door on the left side of where Rantaro was standing saw Tsumugi going to commit the murder. Instinctively he leapt out and tackled her to the ground. The second shot put ball fell to the ground as Tsumugi with no other options had to scream blood murder startling Rantaro and the others.

Shindo was than grabbed by Rantaro, who bites him in panic. Trying to keep his head down and face hidden from everyone. He quickly dashed into his fort ready to send people to Jesus with his books. The countdown finally hits zero and Monokuma appeared.

Tsumugi explains that the teenager in white priest clothes must be the mastermind and he attacked her, while she entered the library. Rantaro is still on edge after being nearly murdered and definitely confused. The group is just as confused as most people believe Tsumugi's claim.

"It's over! We have you surrounded!" Kaede declared.

"Give it up! You aren't going to get away with this!" Kaito shouted.

"My my my! Look at all the students so eager to kill! Unfortunately for you all the timers up! It's Monokuma time!" Monokuma laughed.

"Wait! No! The mastermind is right there!" Kaede screamed in horror.

"Wait! Isn't there anything we can do? I mean to just kill all of us when we've found the mastermind is just so cruel!" Tsumugi spoke up.

"Hmmm.... I guess I could be persuaded to let you all off. But I was looking forward to unleashing my army of mes! Tell you what! How's this than? If you all truly believe that this student is the mastermind. How about I just go ahead and punish them right here?" Monokuma asked.

"Punish the mastermind?" Shuichi felt confused as the teenager tugged at his hoodie refusing to look at everyone.

"If the majority agrees they should be punished. The mastermind will have to fight off my army of Monokuma's or die! Puhuhuhu I think that's a fitting end to the game." Monokuma laughed.

"What if... I survived?" The teenager whispered.

"What's that you're going to speak up?" Monokuma teased.

"What if I survived?!?" The teenager spoke louder and more desperate.

"Well obviously the game won't end! You'll rejoin the others and be forced to live with everyone with your secrets exposed!" Monokuma laughed.

"What?!?" Kaede gasped in fear.

"Screw that! There's no way they can survive their own Monokuma's going after them right?" Kaito asked.

"I dunno.... They're the mastermind after all. Surely they have something up their sleeve." Kokichi replied and the hooded figure stares at him in shock.

"They probably have a device to remote control Monokuma or something..." Miu frowned.

"Either way if you all choose not to punish him that I guess I'll just go ahead and punish you instead!" Monokuma laughed and everyone turned pale.

Shindo looks at the ground, "Funny how you say nothing about the game ending after my death. Whatever. I accept! Bring on your little punishment. I will gladly show you what I capable of when my back is against the wall!" Shindo spitefully hissed.
