Outcasts

The killing game was over. No one came to visit Kokichi while he was healing. Perhaps they didn't know where he was or perhaps they didn't care. Eventually he had to escape the hospital after getting better since he had no family or friends.

He was alone in the world just like Shuichi said he'd be. And he'd always would be.

Kokichi decided to head to a Starbucks trying to think about where he should go next as he has no home to ho back too. As he ordered a French vanilla coffee he saw a blue haired girl sitting alone in the corner with glasses.

Tsumugi...

She looked pretty sad so he took his coffee and sat down at her table, "Hey there plain Jane why the sad look on your face?" Kokichi beamed.

"K-Kokichi?!? You're alive!?!  I thought you died!" Tsumugi looked up at him in shock.

"Haha you guys wish!" Kokichi drank his coffee, "So guess you're all alone too... being the mastermind of danganronpa and all... it's obvious they wouldn't forgive you.... But I have to wonder. Could someone like you really be the mastermind. I don't believe it." Kokichi continued to drink his coffee.

"I... I was given the role... not that you believe me... I... I didn't mean for this to happen." Tsumugi spoke softly.

"Well you played it pretty dam good. I had no idea it was you. So you beat me! Good job!" Kokichi beamed.

"Don't you hate me? I was responsible for so many people dying." Tsumugi starts crying.

"No no no! The people who forced you into that role are responsible. You had to do what you do to survive. I don't hate you." Kokichi smiled and she looks at him in shock.

"You're the only one... who understands that." Tsumugi cried harder.

"Hey now! Don't cry. Instead let's go beat the crap out of our dumb friends for being so stupid!" Kokichi offered sweetly.

Tsumugi sniffed and wiped her eyes, "I don't want to cause them anymore grief." She admits, "But thanks for the offer." She smiled.

"See! If you were really the bad guy. You'd still want to torture them! Your being to hard on yourself Tsumugi." Kokichi beamed.

"Kokichi.... Thank you. I... I really needed to hear that." Tsumugi cried more.

Suddenly there was an arm around Kokichi's neck making him panic as he felt someone give him a nuggie, "Now now. You better not be making Tsumugi cry Kokichi. Or Imma have to tickle you to death!" Rantaro let's him go and laughed.

"Jesus fcking Christ! I thought you were going to kill me Amami Chan!" Kokichi gasped clutching his chest as he breaths hard.

"Sorry. I saw you over here cheering up Tsumugi and I couldn't help but come say hi." Rantaro laughed, "Tsumugi and I are kind of outcast expect everyone still talks to me, but honestly. I don't feel like I belong with them." Rantaro sighed as he took a seat.

"Are you on break?" Tsumugi asked Rantaro who's wearing the Starbucks uniform.

"Actually I'm off the clock. Sorry for making you wait for me." Rantaro admits.

"It's alright. I'm glad you at least.. talk to me." Tsumugi nodded.

"So you working here? That's surprising." Kokichi sighed.

"Well... It's a temporary job. Shuichi and Kaede work here too. We're all saving up to go on a field trip together with the whole gang. You should come." Rantaro offered.

Kokichi looked away feeling unsure about that but sided, "Sure but don't expect things to be all nice." Kokichi sighed.

"By the way Kokichi. Where have you been? No one knew what you were doing or where you were." Tsumugi explains.
