"Anxiety! Leave me alone!",
I scream constantly in my head.
But no matter how much I try,
He doesn't even try to get out his bed.
You see Anxiety is on the loose,
And will attack me wherever I go
In my class, my room, my family
He's always behind me with a tip toe
When Anxiety reaches your dreams,
There's really nothing you can do
But view him take wild animals out their cages
And watch them run rampant around the zoo
The most frightening thing about Anxiety,
Is that he carries many different forms
One minute your stressing about an exam
The next you're going through a hospital door
When Anxiety came knocking,
I didn't even try to stand in his way.
Why would Anxiety even try to leave,
When I feed him every day
