Two months later,
Everyone was back at Eugenie and James Sr's place for Mother's Day brunch.
"You actually showed up." Bucky said
"Shut up, I didn't ask for your input.' Maxie said as she walked away.
Near the end of the brunch, Bucky tapped a glass.
"Can I have everyone's attention.." he said
Everyone stopped talking, and looked at him.
"Me and Makayla have a special announcement and I also have a surprise for her." He said
"What is it sweetie?" Winnie said
"Me and Makayla are expecting, she is 14 weeks along with a set of twins." He said as he hugged her and smiled so big.
Steve grabbed Maxie's hand as she rested her forehead on his arm, she dugged her nails into her hand. The next thing she heard was him spilling his heart to Makayla as he got on one knee and proposed to Makayla and of course she said yes.
"I gotta get out of here Steve." She whispered
She called for a uber, but instead of going home she went to Mason's. He had lines set up for her and a drink ready for her as well. They kissed when she was done, and they stripped each other down.
"Mason don't stop.." she moaned out
"Oh my princess I won't " he said as he pushed into her.
It was the first time they have ever hooked up since they met. They had several rounds before passing out. Bucky kept watching for her when they all got home but she didn't come home and skipped school the next day.
He saw the letter to Sarah that Maxie had become truant from skipping school so much.
