(16) Bucky's Wedding Day

3 months later,

It was the last weekend in August, it was Bucky and Makayla's wedding day. Everyone was scarambling around the house to get ready. Sarah was trying to get a hold of Maxie who didn't come home the night before like Sarah told her to. 

Maxie came into the kitchen, "I am home." She said 

"Where the hell have you been Maxine Joanna! I gave you strict instructions to be home by curfew and you didn't!" Sarah snapped 

"Why did I have to be here?" She said 

"For James' wedding to Makayla! No go upstairs and get ready!." Sarah yelled

"And what if I don't want to go." She said 

"Maxine I have had enough of this attitude! GO GET DRESSED NOW!" Sarah yelled louder. 

Maxie scoffed, and walked off. She went upstairs she quickly got showered, put on a dress and did her hair and make up. Before heading down she did a line of coke, and popped a pain pill that she took with a small bottle of tequila. 

When she re entered the kitchen "Happy now mom." She said .

"Maxine...go put on a more modest dress." Sarah said.

"No this is what Im wearing." She said 

Sarah threw her hands up in the air, and walked out of the kitchen. Bucky came in as she made herself a sandwich. 

"What is wrong with you? Its my day my wedding day and you are acting out like this.." he said as he made her turn around. When he did he saw her nose bleeding and he looked at her eyes he shook his head no. 

"Maxie your nose is bleeding. You can't do this to the family again please stop doing whatever it is you are hooked on." He said as he swallowed back a lump in his throat. 

She wiped her nose, and walked off. 

At the wedding, she sat in the very back and texted on her phone the whole time about the shitty morning she had. At the wedding reception they announced that they were having boys.
