The Next Morning..
Maxie and her crew were all enjoying a quiet morning while eating breakfast. While outside the house was quietly being surrounded. Their parents stayed up at the end of the driveway with the local authorities.
Parker and Preston led the charge as they broke down the door.
"DEA Hands Up!" Parker and Sean yelled as they came in.
The whole crew jumped out of their skin when they came busting. Mason recongized Sean right away from the drug deal.
"Mason Bennett you are under arrest. On the charges of drug trafficking, selling to an officer and the kidnapping of Maxine Rogers." Sean said
"Wait..wait he didn't kidnap me!" She yelled as she was put in cuffs by Preston.
"Maxie I suggest you shut up." Preston said as he led her out.
"Preston let me go he didn't kidnap me!." She said as he led her out.
Sarah and Joe's hearts sank when they saw that Maxie was pregnant. "He didn't kidnap me! Let us go!" Maxie cried as they put her in a car with Tyson.
"Maxie its okay.." Tyson whispered
"But he didn't.." she whispered
Once they were all brought in, they put Tyson and Maxie in a room. Preston and Parker joined their parents to watch the interrogation. FBI agent Carlson Gibson and Agent Rosalie came into the room.
"You all are being very rough with her. Can't you see she is pregnant." Tyson said
"Shut up Mr Barnes, if you two don't want to do hard time I suggest you cooperate." Agent Gibson said
"Now Ms Rogers when did you meet Mr Bennett.?" Agent Gibson said
"Um almost two years ago at a party..March of that year." Maxie said
"When did it turn sexual?" Agent Gibson said
"Well thats personal.." Tyson said
"Shush.." Agent Gibson said
"I..um two months later. But why is that relevant?" She said
"Because now your parents can add another charge. Statuatory rape cause the legal age of consent is in the state of Montana is 16 Ms Rogers. And you didn't turn 16 until September. Did Mr Bennett ever tell you that he has two other baby mamas?" Agent Gibson said
"What?? No.." she said
"Well look here Ms Rogers..he does. And it looks like the real reason he wanted out of Montana is avoid getting arrested. He had a warrant out for back child support." Agent Gibson said
"You're lying..Tyson tell me he is lying." She said
"He didn't tell me anything Maxie if I had known that I wouldn't have told you to come." He said
Agent Gibson handed her the paperwork, and she still couldn't believe it. Agent Gibson grilled Tyson about why he left and if Mason was the ring leader for that. Tyson confessed that it was his idea when they were 14 cause his parents were fighting all the time and then they split.
Once they were done Agent Gibson stood up, "Your parents will be taking you home now." He said
Agent Rosalie led them to where they were. "Lets go you two we have a plane to catch." Joe said
On the plane, Maxie interlaced her hands with Tyson as he wiped her tears. "It'll be okay, it was fun while it lasted." He said as she laid her head on his shoulder.
He kissed the top of her head and laid his head on hers.
