A/N: Little side note, I couldn't find a fitting song for the upcoming scene, basically a song that I liked from that time so, I chose something more modern.

Chapter 2:

~Hayden's POV~

I woke up very excited, it would be my first day at Hogwarts! I always wake up before Aiden and the others in my family, usually, I would set the table for breakfast but now... I'm not sure what I could do. I remember that my father gave me a tiny little present before I went on the train yesterday, maybe it was something useful. I look through my trunk and find a little packed-up item. I quickly unwrap it and it reveals to be a guitar, I love the guitar, I always play it for my family and sing sometimes too. I wouldn't say I'm a very good singer, Aiden is though!

I remember that father said there's one spell that could enlarge things, we wouldn't learn it until next year but I wanted to play. So I took my notebook and looked through the pages, and soon found the spell on the last page. I took out my wand and held it towards the tiny guitar. "Engorgio.." I said as quiet as possible not wanting to wake the rest of the boys. I watched the guitar grow to its original size, with a huge smile on my face.

I soon took the guitar and went to the common room, this would be the only place I could play at this time of day. I think of a good song and start playing, I used to play this song all the time with Aiden, he would sing of course. This had sadly stopped whenever our father left to go 'train', it was annoying seeing him leave every day and train with his swords. Which I thought wasn't even needed since we lived in the non-magic world, our mother thought it would be better for us.

once I finished the song I felt someone hug me from behind. "So that's what father gave you before we rode the train." I looked behind, seeing Aiden grinning at me. His hair was a mess, meaning he just woke up. "Yeah he did gave it to me, thank god he wrote the spell in my notebook, otherwise I had to wait till next year," I said with a slight chuckle right after. Aiden then fell onto the couch next to me, yawning right after. "it's so early!" he whined causing me to laugh. I stood up and walked back up the stairs to put away my guitar, I took my notebook with me and other stuff I may need.

I've always been much more prepared than my brother, if he got a list of items to get he would only get the items on the list, while I would get the stuff on the list and stuff that's simply useful. when I walked back out of the room I noticed Aiden talking with someone, I immediately recognized the hair being from Hermione. I smile and wait up the stairs instead of interrupting them.  I later sneak past them and go to the first class of the day.

~Time skip~

~Aiden's POV~

It was nearly time for class and me and Hermione we're making our way to the transfiguration classroom, we went early to avoid getting lost. Hayden went even earlier I think, after he put his guitar in the room I didn't see him after. "So Aiden, I was wondering about your last name..." I looked her way with a raised eyebrow. What was so interesting about my last name? Actually, It was probably my father being a famous Auror. "Are any of your family members perhaps famous?" She asked as she turned her gaze towards me, I nodded at her.

"My father is a famous Auror, Rei Fireheart. he stopped only recently," I told her, trying not to frown, I was not exactly happy that he quit his job. When he was still an Auror he would be home more often and spend time with us, but after the incident happened... everything changed, he changed. Father was always away from home, he only came home late, usually after midnight. so he would only greet us before going to bed himself, and then the following day he would leave early. "I see, but that's not where I recognize your name from." I froze for a moment, usually, people would only recognize my name because of my father, I mean he was one of the best at the time. "well...my mother is a writer, she wrote a ton of books, many we're for kids at like Muggle-schools and such." I told her, my mother didn't consider her job interesting, I thought differently, she's the one that made me love books so much. She would always read stories to me and my brother when we were just kids, and sometimes her books too.
