𝙊𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙮𝙤𝙪 | 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙧

¹¹ | Polyjuice Potion

Winter came quicker than expected, and students started leaving Hogwarts to celebrate Christmas with their families. Only a handful of students stayed this year, including the 5 friends. It was currently dinner time and the 5 friends were seated at the far end of the Gryffindor table.

"Everything's set," Hermione said in a hushed tone, sitting next to the twins and before the other two. "We just need a bit of who you're changing into." she continued.

"Crabbe and Goyle," Harry said. Hermione nodded and continued to explain her plan "We also need to make sure that the real Crabbe and Goyle can't burst in on us, while we're interrogating Malfoy."

"How?" Ron asked.

"I've got it all worked out," Hermione said proudly. She took some cupcakes she had hidden on the benches and showed the boys. "I filled these with a simple sleeping draught. Simple, but powerful." Then she placed them on the table.

"This is where we come in, right?" Aiden asked, and Hermione nodded. "Exactly. Once they're asleep, the twins will hide them in the broomstick cupboard to guard them. While You two pull out a few hairs and put out their uniforms."

"Who's hair are you ripping out then?" the redhead asked. "I've already got mine." She pulled out a glass flask and held it up to them, but not making it too obvious. "Millicent Bulstrode. Slytherin. I got this off her robes."

"I'm going to go check on the Polyjuice potion." Hermione started. "Make sure Crabbe and Goyle find these," she added, lifting the cupcakes. Hermione stood up and sped-walked out of the great hall.

"What will you two do after the whole thing with Crabbe and Goyle," Harry asked the twins.

"We will be guarding the place for a minute, making sure they won't tumble out the cupboard," Hayden answered him.

"Yes and just making sure the coast is clear, after that we will go to the lavatory and wait for you three to finish." Aiden finished.

"Why aren't you two joining us, there's still plenty of students you could choose from," Ron asked.

Hayden looked at Aiden, wanting him to answer. "Yeah because, I probably won't be able to restrain myself from hitting him. I mean it's Malfoy, he's obviously going to say something hurtful about someone." Aiden said while shrugging his shoulders. Ron nodded remembering the incident a while back. "You got a point there." He said.

Later that night the four boys wait in the hallway ready to set the trap for Crabbe and Goyle. 

Ron took out his wand and cleared his throat, already pointing his wand at the cupcakes. "Ron, maybe I should do it.." Harry quickly stopped the redhead, and with a sigh, he shoved his wand back into his robe. "Yeah. Right." Harry took out his wand and pointed at the cupcakes in Ron's place. 

He looked back at the twins to see if they were ready, and the two boys nodded. "Wingardium Leviosa." Harry said and cupcakes started floating and just at that exact moment the two Slytherin's walked through the door, already holding a bunch of food. Once they noticed the cupcakes the two smiled and didn't hesitate to approach.

The two immediately started downing the cupcakes, but soon realised something was off about them. The two then fell backwards onto the stone flooring. The four friends laughed and went to approach. "How thick could you get?" Ron said followed by a chuckle.

"Come on let's get them," Aiden said and ran up to the sleeping Slytherins. While Harry and Ron got the hair they needed, the twins picked them up and shoved them in a nearby broom cupboard. "We'll see you two later, good luck!" Hayden said and smiled at the two boys, standing in front of the cupboard door. Harry and Ron nodded and quickly went to the lavatory, where Hermione was waiting for them.
