Steve leaned against his bathroom door and slid to the floor. He could hear Eddie's soft footsteps pad out of the bedroom beyond.
What the fuck have I done?
Did I honestly enjoy flirting with Eddie last night?
Do I like him like that?
He thought of Eddie's mischievous smile and his wild eyes when he had been close to Steve the night before.
I don't want to give that up.
But somewhere within Steve, he knew that he already had. Eddie was long gone.
Anyways, they had both claimed to be straight, so the whole thing was completely dead.
And I am straight.
...Right?
