Part 19

⚠️ TW: suicide attempt, violence

At the Hudson-Hummel house Blaine immediatly runs up after Finn unlocked the door. He opens the door to Kurts room, just in time to knock the pills out of Kurts hand.

"Kurt! Oh my god Kurt" Blaine says shocked, worried and overall pretty overwhelmed "Did you already took some?". A wave of relief comes over Blaine when Kurt shakes his head.

For one second longer Kurt is confused about what Blaine does in his room but then he realizes that Blaine was for once on his phone at school and understood the meaning of his text. He came to safe him. He's here.

And that's te point where Kurt finally let's down his rebuild guards and breaks down in Blaines arms, not caring about anything around him.

Not caring that he took Blaine by so much surprise that they fell to the ground together. Not caring that Finn comes up the stairs and watches them. Not caring that a moment after Finn, Carol and Burt come up too.

He doesn't care. All that matters is that he's back in Blaines arms again. IN Blaines safe arms.

Blaine doesn't care about anything else than Kurt either. He holds the boy, stroking up and down his back and whispers reassuring phrases so quiet that only Kurt can hear them.

He just hopes that Kurt calms down soon. Seeing him like that breaks his heart more than when he got ignored by Kurt. It aches his heart and if he wouldn't have to be strong for the boy in his arms at the moment he would start crying too.

Kurt calms down eventually and sits up properly again, mumbling "Sorry". No one responds. They don't know who Kurt said sorry too but the truth is that he means all of them. At some point he will tell them that he's sorry, everyone. But not now. After the shock.

"Would you mind giving Kurt and me a minute?" Blaine asks politely. Everyone nods and leaves with Finn closing the door to his brothers room to give them privacy before going downstairs to the two adults. He can't go back to school now and he won't.

"Kurt you gave me a shock. I thought I lose you" Blaine starts and once more Kurt apologizes, his voice barely over a whisper "Sorry". "It's okay. You're still here. Do you want to talk about it?" the curly haired boy asks but Kurt shakes his head "I can't that's why you got the text.

Dad, Carol and Finn would've seen it too fast and come here immediatly. But you're almost never on your phone at school so I thought until you read it I'm not here anymore but at least I didn't leave without at least a little explenation".

Blaine nods "okay. But luckily I was on my phone becasue I wanted to text you after Finn told me you went home. Now look at me".

Kurt raises his head, allowing Blaine to see his red eyes and cheeks from crying and in general not good but exhausted looking state.

Blaine notices that immediatly "You look exhausted". "Haven't slept properly since I woke up in hospital. Not without at least one of these" Kurt answers pointing to the pills that are spread on the floor since Blaine punched them out of Kurts hand.

"How about we clean that up later? Now you go to bed and take a nap. I think you need one" Blaine suggests and the other boy nods "Can you stay and hold me?". "When it helps you of course" the shorter boy answers, seeing Kurt nod. He's still worried but at least he can hold Kurt again and talk to him.

The boys change up, change and lay down in bed. Blaine puts an arm around Kurt who cuddles closer. With his other hand he plays with Kurts hair while humming quietly.

It only takes Kurt a few minutes to fall asleep, which is the quickest since a longer while. When Blaine feels that Kurt felt asleep he stops palying with his hair and with humming and texts Finn.

Blaine: Kurt is okay. He felt asleep in my arms so we'll stay upstairs for a bit longer.

Then he thinks back to the text he got from Kurt and can't help but get curious. It's a mistake and deep down Blaine is aware of that but he wants to know the truth. So while the boy next to him is fast asleep Blaine does some research about the words Kurt texted him earlier.

Breathplay is all about taking control over the airways of the submissive. It's about how much air this person gets, how fresh, how fast or if this person gets any air at all. The first word Kurt send him.

Knifeplay is not directly about hurting the submissive. It's more about scaring this person. When the knife or other used object touches the submissives skin they won't know if they end up getting hurt or not. The second word Kurt send him.

If the dominant person decides to hurt the submissive and the later starts bleeding from the action it's no longer called knifeplay but bloodplay instead. The third word Kurt send him.

So that's what happened to Kurt. Blaine still doesn't exactly knows what happened but it's enought for now. It explains so much. The woulds he got, the panic in crowded hallways. Now it makes sense.

Blaine puts his phone away and looks to the calmly sleeping Kurt. Now he also wraps his other arm around him, pulls him closer and whispers "You are so strong".

He has to tell Burt or at least show him the text but on the other hand is Kurt sleeping in his arms and the curly haired boy doesn't want to wake him up. He'll just talk to Burt later when Kurt is awake again.
