Astrid felt a hunger pain in her stomach. A hunger she hadn't felt in a long time. Maybe it was from being dead. She hadn't eaten in weeks. She looked over at Allison who was sleeping peacefully. She smiled. She was so adorable.

She gently got up without waking up Allison. She walked out of her room and down the stairs. She tried being quiet to not wake up Derek or Peter. Peter was asleep on the couch. He didn't live there. But since Astrid died, he stayed there. Astrid thought it was very sweet. She really did want to be a father to her.

She went to the kitchen and turned on the light. It was blinding. She had to cover her eyes. She searched through the fridge. Found an old box of pizza. She grabbed it and sat down. She munched on it as if her life depended on it. But it wasn't enough. She still felt hungry. She stood up to grab more food. But the pain increased. She hunched over and grabbed her stomach.

She needed to go on a walk. Yeah. A walk. That might work. Astrid left the loft as quietly as she could to not wake the sleeping werewolves. She walked through the forest. She was feeling weak. She had a ringing noise in her head. She didn't understand what was going on. A side effect from coming back from the dead? Could it be that? Who would feel normal after waking up when you were dead? No one. Because it wasn't normal.

Astrid wound up in the middle of nowhere. It was dark. She was still feeling woozy. She leaned up against a tree, closed her eyes and placed a hand on her head. She let out a deep breath. It's all going to be okay. She repeated to herself. You're okay.

Astrid picked up pace again. She found herself walking in the middle of the road. She checked her pockets and she didn't have her phone on her. She couldn't check the time or even where she was. So, she just kept walking. Then she heard the screeching wheels of a car's tires. She turned around when she caught a glimpse of blinding headlights. She held up her hand, covering her eyes. The car braked in front of her. A man stepped out of the car.

"Hey, lady!" He shouted. "Are you okay?"

"I- I'm fine!" She shouted back.

He walked closer to her. "You must be freezing." Astrid looked down at herself. She was in shorts and a short-sleeved shirt. "Do you need me to drive you somewhere."

Astrid didn't answer. She felt a sharp pain in her gut. She hunched over and yelled. The man walked over to her. "Lady. Are you okay?" She didn't answer, once more, just screamed in pain. He walked closer. "Lady?"

"I'm... hungry..." She said between puffs. She stared up at him. Then before she realised what she was doing, she was biting his neck and drinking his blood. The man screamed. Yelled at her to stop but she didn't. Not until he was empty.

Then the body dropped to the floor. She stared at him. Lying dead on the road. She stumbled backwards, looking down at her hands covered in blood. She stared at her hands in disbelief.

    "What did I do?..."
