"Do we have meat?" Jungkook asked while searching the fridge from top to bottom. Ayla and Jimin looked at him as Ayla arched her brow before walking over to Jungkook and placing her elbow on his shoulder.

"Why are you looking for meat?" She queried.

Jungkook closed the fridge. "Uh, maybe because we have been eating vegetables and seafood for the past weeks?" He retorted.

"And what's wrong with that? I thought you prefer to eat those foods to keep your well-built body that probably took years to maintain." she provoked with a smirk, receiving a glare from the man.

"Ugh, I'm not gonna have another episode with you." Jungkook said and passed Ayla by.

"Well, I'm also craving meat. I've had enough of greens and fish." Jimin said.

"Same here." Ayla raised her hand and Jimin gave her an incredulous look. He can't seem to understand the woman's behaviour; a moment ago, she was provoking Jungkook but then she'll agree.

"I'll go buy—"

"Jungkook's on it. He just left." Hoseok interrupted, passing between the two, and walked over to the cabinet to search for some snacks to eat.

"And where are you going?" Ayla blocked, not letting Jimin pass through the main door. She arched her brow and crossed her arms, looking straight at Jimin with a questioning face.

"Where am I going? I'm going out. Where exactly? To the market. Why the market? Because I'm gonna accompany Jungkook and buy us food. I've answered all the possible questions running in your head, happy? Now, can you please, please kindly step aside?" Jimin said, putting up a pleading look.

The corner of Ayla's lips tugged up as she gave Jimin a teasing look. "Aren't you two way too close? I smell something fishy when you're together." she teased, wriggling her eyebrows.

"And who's the reason behind it? You put a threat on his head, obviously—"

"And he took that seriously." She interrupted and laughed loudly. "My! It actually worked! Who knew?" She laughed smugly. Jimin's mouth was agape as he took in her words.

"That was your plan?" He asked, his hands on his hips.

"Brilliant isn't it?" She said with a proud smile.

"I wouldn't say that. It was all but lame."

"Hey! You should be thankful, if it weren't for me, Jungkook wouldn't have used it as a bridge to be able to get near you. He even complimented my plan as perfect. Hmph! How rude of you." she scoffed and faced away from Jimin.

"Excuse me!? Were you eavesdropping on us?!" Jimin flared.

"I didn't eavesdrop, how dare you. I overheard, there's a difference." She defended.

"Oh yeah? What are you doing at that place that made you overhear us?" Jimin mocked.

Ayla's eyes looked everywhere but the man, trying to think of an excuse to quell Jimin's anger.

"I was jogging, okay!?"

"At night?"

"Hey! Who says you can only jog in the morning?"

Jimin's eyes narrowed at her before he walked past her and out of the villa. "Talk about privacy." He mumbled.

"Woah hey! I'm sorry. I just wanted to know how you two are doing. I wanted to know if my plan was working great." She apologized with a pout. Walking at Jimin's pace.
