3rd POV

The huge creature ventured past and behind huge towering trees near the town. With its toned strong hind legs, the creature glides through the darkness without so much noise. Its piercing ice-blue irises survey the town as well as the forest entry.

After roughly fifteen minutes, the creature traveled back into the welcoming darkness of the woods where no light could almost pass through.

With its ears jerked up, the creature instantly dashed to where it heard the faintest sound and once it found what it was looking for, the creature didn't hesitate to decimate it. It was a wild animal, a huge one, perfect for the enormous creature's appetite. After dismembering the wild animal, the creature began feeding quietly, its senses alert, never letting its guard down even in the middle of its peaceful meal.

The night seemed longer than usual, as though the second hand of the clock decided to move slower. The creature meandered longer in the forest, coming to a stop under a cave and settling to rest.

"Jungkookie~! I miss you~!" Jimin chirped and hooked his arms around Jungkook's neck when the man arrived at the cafe. Jungkook caught the smaller and wrapped his arms around Jimin's small waist, lifting him and spinning him once in the air which made Jimin giggle.

"It was only three days, Jiminie~" Jungkook cooed, placing a soft kiss on Jimin's plump reddish cheek.

"So what if it's three days! I haven't seen your handsome face for 72 hours." Jimin pouted, crossing his arms and turning away from Jungkook. "You could have left at least a picture of you for me to stare at while you're away." He continued to complain without facing the taller.

"Hey~ If it's hard for you then it's harder for me. I have to sleep alone without you guys." Jungkook said. He hugged Jimin from the back and rested his head on Jimin's shoulder. "And. . . though a picture could last longer, you'll last longer with the real deal," Jungkook whispered in Jimin's ear, his hot breath tickling the smaller's exposed skin.

The red color once again tinged Jimin's cheeks. Severe coughing from the counter caught Jimin and Jungkook's attention.

"You lovebirds done? We're about to open, I don't want ants trailing everywhere so you both can take that upstairs." Ayla said with her arms crossed and brows raised, wearing a blank look on her face.

The corner of Jungkook's lips tugged up. "Sure, we'll take this upstairs. Sorry for the disturbance." He said before lifting Jimin bridal-style. The older shrieked before hanging onto the younger.

Ayla's face morphed into disgust before glaring daggers at Jungkook. "You keep your hands to yourself, mister. I don't want any cherry popping—"

"AYLA seriously!" Jimin interrupted and covered his face in embarrassment from what she just mentioned.

Jungkook only smirked before disappearing upstairs with Jimin tightly held in his strong arms. Ayla sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose before fixing the desserts on the display.

Once they arrived in front of Jimin's room, Jungkook put the older down.

"I'll go get ready," Jungkook said gently before leaving, but Jimin suddenly pulled him back, making Jungkook look back at the older. Soft plump lips pressed on Jungkook's cheeks. Jimin's eyes were tightly shut as he stayed a little longer before he slowly pulled away. His eyes fluttered open and saw Jungkook's unblinking eyes with a slight tint of red on his cheeks.

The younger was speechless and Jimin couldn't help but giggle because of it. "You're blushing, Kookie~" Jimin teased softly. Jungkook blinked his eyes as if he was just brought back to reality from hypnotism.
