Chapter 1
@UB | Monday, January 30, 2017 | 11 PM.
I SIPPED the margarita, one of the essentials cocktails here in UB or should I say Underworld Bar. I am here at the bar, don’t get me wrong, I was in a bar and was actually standing backward at the bar’s counter or the bar—where drinks are being serves by the bartender.
As much as I want hard drinks, my body won’t want that. I am so tired. I just finished another mission and go eventually here at the bar after announcing it was already finished. Well, that’s me.
This bar is not hidden, was just named Underworld Bar because it was one of my what should I call in that dimwit? Nevertheless, this bar was her property. Probably, that weird old lady named this weird name. She does not even think what will be the netizens’ reaction once they saw the name.
I shrugged my shoulders. Why do I care then? Tss.
I looked at the appropriate direction where handsome and hotties were in. Gosh, this is what you call heaven. Even I am like this, I don’t do flings or a fuck buddy, I am already contented seeing handsome boys. Stare far away is already enough. However, if that boy will not eat the no attachment involved, surely. I am in. Who I am to say no? That’s a blessing.
My mouth hanged opened as a shoulder opposed my shoulder. Seems like that person intentionally impinged my shoulder.
What the fuck? The path were too wide for her to smash my shoulder!
I was not in the mood, I mean, if we were not in good mood, we tend to do harmful things to people who keep annoying us. And this is what I meant.
I closed my eyes as I exhaled deeply and turned my face at the bartender. I do not want any fight, especially at this ill-mannered human because it looks like there was no thrill if I fight back. No sense at all.
She kept annoying me. Since I am a good girl, I will not give her a glance or the attention she wants, I do not want a fight. Give me at least a rest!
“Hey!” she shouted again, this time, in my ear. I am a short-tempered girl so I won’t let this pass.
I rotated my sight—where I could see the girl who kept irritating me. Furthermore, I looked at her weary, saying, what the fuck do you want?
She crossed her arms and viewed me as if I was a trash that got escaped from the trash bin. She looked at me as if I was a servant while she was a princess. I rolled my eyes at her.
Honestly, I am not in the mood to have a war with someone. Especially at this state, I am not in the mood. I might end someone’s life immediately. Tss.
“Are you deaf?” she started, making my eyeballs go higher not because of pleasure but because of the stupidness of the doll in front of me.
“Am I?” instead of answering her, I questioned back. Just played safe.
“Maybe. I’ve been calling and shouting you yet you do not even pay any attention towards me!” she shouted so I acted that I was in shock. I formed my mouth in an O.
“Wrong. How can I answer you if I am a deaf?” I countered attack. You can’t even score nor have a one point to me. I grew up as a wise girl. Mayhap, I can still have mistakes regarding about making decisions and so far and so on.
I waited for a minute to hear something from her yet I failed. Tss. She did not answered me so I am here now, opening another topic. She started, I’ll finish it.
“What now?” I asked her. Since it’s been a couple of minutes before she answered. Tss. She’s possibly groping shitty answers.
“That’s my place,” she stagy said while pointing the chair where I was sitting with her index finger. Tss. I moved my head to my right shoulder and lowered it. “Sit or the place?” I asked, dully. My voice says it, I am not interested.
