I sit in the hospital with Maddy as we wait for my father and Andrew to arrive, I hold Maddy's hand as she looks over and I see her frown her eyebrows causing me to look over
I see Cassie looking extremely worried as she looks at her hands which are covered in blood, I look towards Maddy and I can tell she's thinking a lot but suddenly my worry for Maddy were interrupted by my father and Andrew coming over to us in a rush
"Where is he" Cal says as he looks at us, Maddy responds but I look over to see my father seething as he look at my hands, he looks from the hand Maddy is holding to my free hand
"Campbell I need to talk to you" Andrew says, I look to Maddy before getting up and walking off with him as Cal pats my shoulder and walk outside of the hospital
I feel my father grip my arm tightly as he drags me over to a secluded area of the front
"You better explain why Nate is in the hospital right now" He says as he pushes me into the wall aggressively and glares at me
"We got into a bit of a fight.....no biggie" I say casually, my father looks at me with a sinister look in his eyes and I watch as he grabs my jaw and gets super close to me
"You are lucky we are at this hospital right now....because I'd make sure you feel what Nate felt tonight" He says and I smile and move his hand, I see his whole facade fade as he looks at me
"I've felt it my whole life.......you however" I say before grabbing Andrew and slamming him into the glass wall causing it to crack behind his head
"You have not been through what I have.........now you have two choices" I continue as I dig my nails into his neck and tighten my grip on it causing him to gasp for air
"You can either act like a normal human being and good step father and check on your dear perfect son....or you can be suffocated right here and I'll pretend to be a worried daughter who's father just came in with a throat issue" I say sinisterly
I see my fathers eye slowly close before he passes out and I drop him to the ground, I look at him with a slightly worried look before checking his pulse
"At least your breathing" I say before kicking him over and getting a nurse to tend to him, they rush to him and I walk back to Maddy who's looking at me with a knowing look as I sit down
"What did you do" She says as she looks at me, I smile at her a little and gently grab her hand and intertwine our fingers
"Just had a talk with him" I say and she nods and I turn my head away as I feel her look at me suspiciously

I walk into school with Maddy as I feel relieved and finally happy thanks to the news I received after the New Years party
Flashback
I walk upstairs with Cal trailing me as I make it to my room, I don't even bother closing the door as I sit on my bed and take my shoes off
"Do you mind telling me why your father is in the hospital and why your knuckles are busted up" He says causing em to sigh as I get my wrap out of the drawer and start wrapping my hand
"Your son's face said it all and as for my father......he got a little mouthy at the hospital so I decided to....get him a room there" I say with a smile laugh and I hear Cal sigh
"Campbell.....we can talk about that later but I have something to tell you" Cal says as he runs his hands through his hair
"What is it Cal" I say as I finish wrapping my hand and look at him
"Mouse is.....he's dead Campbell...your debt free now" Cal says causing my face to gradually develop a smile.....we're free..I'm free
"Now that your free and everything is settled...I hope you and I can....bond more" Cal says and I just nod and look at him with a wide smile
"I'd like that" I say, Cal smiles and wishes me Goodnight before leaving my room
Flashback over
I walk to my locker as Maddy has to go to class early to talk to a teacher, she's looking at how her opportunities for college are and her eligibility
"Hey Campbell" Rue says as she comes over to me
"Hey rue...how you feeling today" I say as I get my books out
"Great....better than ever" She says and I look at her with a small smile and a skeptical look
"What's got you so happy" I say and she blushes a bit and looks down the hallway
"I may be dating Jules and made a new friend" She says causing my smile to drop, Rue was devastated when Jules left her at the train station and it took me days to get her out of the house and she thinks I don't know she's using again
"Rue are you sure that's a good idea....you were heartbroken about her leaving and who's the new friend" I say but she brushes me off
"His name is Elliot and I'm sure it's fine....Jules and I talked" She says and I nod, I look down the hallways and see Anne staring at me
She has this look in her eye and I can't help but clench my jaw as she winks at me and leaves, she's been bothering me every time Maddy is not around and taunting me
I need to take care of that
"Well I'd like to meet Elliot when I can....I gotta go" I say before walking off to class as my thoughts start to go to dark places
I need to handle some things...I hope Maddy isn't mad at me
