I woke up the next morning to Conrad's arm around my waist and his head leaning on my shoulder as I heard his soft snores. I knew Taylor was leaving today so I wanted to make sure I had time to say goodbye, I peeled Conrad's arm away from me and tried my best to slip out of the bed without him hearing me

I walked out of his room and closed the door behind me and made my way to my room where Taylor was laying on the bed playing on her phone "Well good morning to you," She says as I step into the room

"Good morning," I say while I walk over and sit down next to her "Where did you sleep last night?" She asked while sitting up and leaning against the headboard "In Conrad's room," I say in a whisper

"Oh," She says while trying to hide her smile "Did you guys?" she asks while raising an eyebrow "No," I say "Boring," she says while rolling her eyes

"Is Belly still mad at me?" She asks in a low voice that's filled with sorrow "I assume," I say knowing how long Belly can stay mad at people "Are you mad at me?" She asks

"Not mad, just disappointed," I say "I get it," She says while getting out of the bed "I should start packing," She says "Well come say goodbye before you leave," I say getting under the covers

"Okay, Love you," She said while walking out. I put my phone on the charger and closed my eyes hoping to get some more sleep.

"Wake up!" I hear someone says while shaking me, I open my eyes to see Taylor hovering over me and her hair going in my face "I'm leaving," She says and I sit up to give her a hug

"She still hasn't talked to me," Taylor said as we were still hugging "She will, before you leave, she will," I say knowing even though Belly can hold a grudge, Taylor is her best friend and couldn't hold one against her for long

"Wanna go swimming?" Belly asked as our movie ended "Yea, meet down here in 5?" I ask standing up. I walk up to my room as Belly walks up to hers. I put on a blue two-piece and grabbed a towel from the bathroom and headed down toward the pool. Belly wasn't out here yet so I decided to wait for her on the lounge chair.

"Hey Tate," I heard a voice say that I really didn't want to hear, "Hey Nicole," I say with no emotion "What are you doing?" She asked "Waiting for Belly," I say not looking at her

"Oh," Is all she says "I'm waiting for Conrad," She says and I just nod my head "Can I ask you a question?" She says while walking closer to me "You just did," I say

"When you and Conrad were together did he, uh, leave you on open a lot?" She asks "No, we were together every day when we dated so there was really no point in texting," I say "oh," She says and I start to feel the same guilt I did last night

"Don't think too much of it, Conrad isn't good with answering texts for anyone," I say trying to make her feel better "Okay," She replies

"But if you truly feel like bothered or upset about it, I would talk to him and just tell him how you want him to text you more," I say truly trying to help

"Oh, Tate you're out here. Great," Susannah says while walking over toward us "we need to go dress shopping for you since Belly already got her dress," She says "also don't worry about money, I'll pay since I didn't really give you a choice if you wanted to be a deb or not," She says

"Oh, no, I can't ask you to pay for that," I say sitting up "You're not asking, I'm telling," She says with a smile, "We can go in an hour if that's good with you?" she says "Yeah, that's good," I say as she walks away

"Have you asked Dylan yet?" Nicole asks "No, I haven't really had the chance to talk to him," I say looking down "I'm sure he'll say yes," She says

"Are you playing in the volleyball tournament?" Nicole asks breaking the silence "Yeah, Jere is gonna be my partner," I say "Are you?" I ask "No, Conrad didn't want to play with me and Shayla has Steven so I didn't want to play with a random person," She says while letting out a light laugh

Conrad soon came down, not saying a word to me, He and Nicole left and Belly never ended up coming down so I went upstairs to see that she passed out, so I just let her sleep and waited till it was time for Susannah and me to leave

"Have you and Connie talked at all?" Susannah asked as were looking through all of the dresses "Yea, a little bit," and a few other things, I thought to myself

"Oh, this one looks so pretty," Susannah says pulling out the most beautiful dress I have ever seen "You need to try this in," She says handing it to me as we walk to the fitting room

I pull off my shirt and slip in the dress and look at myself in the mirror a little bit before walking out to get Susannah's reaction "Tate, oh my. You look beautiful," She says while putting a hand over her mouth

"I don't even think we need to look at it anymore, this dress is perfect," She says standing up "Do you like it?" She asks "I love it," I say. I absolutely loved it, it hugged me in the right places and even made my boobs look good which is a plus

"I think this is the one," I say smiling. She paid for it, after I still told her I could pay for it she slipped the cashier her card "Do you know who you're gonna take?" she asks as we leave the shop

"I think I'm gonna ask Dylan, but I'm not sure he'd say yes," I say "Well if he doesn't I'll just make Conrad take you," She says while laughing

sorry this chapter was boring It's kind of just a filler chapter cause not much happened in episode 3 after the party
