I always imagined the day I would be walking down the aisle to see the love of my life. Every pair of eyes are different yet all of them watch me as I walk. People always say everybody has a love story like Romeo and Juliet. God, do I wish that were true.

"What are we then?!" I practically yelled at Jeremy.
"It's been a damn year of on and off again, you keep leading me on." I continued.
He had no words. Jeremy has always been somewhat of a jackass but I thought I saw underneath that. That was until I saw him with Mia.
"I told you we aren't together," He said.
"What is wrong with you?!"
Thunder clapped like it was on cue.
Jeremy and I have known each other since freshman year, we started dating in sophomore year.
"I broke up with you last week," he said.
"What?" I asked.
"Oh wait, that was probably your other girlfriend," I said with a tone.
"Go to hell Jeremy."
I slammed his bedroom door, he started to follow me.
"Destiny-" He said.
I closed the front door in his face, and ran out to my car in the pouring rain.
*That is the end of the prologue its really short but just a bit of back story for our main character Destiny. *
