"Where the hell are we going?" I asked as Nathan drove out of the apartment complex.
"Somewhere," He said as he continued driving.
"Where is somewhere?"
"I don't know, driving to different places," Nathan said as he turned onto the highway.
"Okay," I said it as a question, Nathan was not acting like himself. I knew something was wrong.

We had reached our destination for the day about four hours after we had left, Nathan had barely spoke the entire way down and I was concerned. Tonight Nathan had parked us on a cliff that looked over on a beach. Just the water, but you could see distant light houses and islands. Nathan set the back seat back to the way it was when he was camping there.
"Um...Nathan is something wrong?" I asked as he finished the car camp.
"No," he said honestly as he sat in the backseats. I sat next to him and looked him deeply in his eyes.
"What's wrong?"
"Everything," He said flatly as his voice started to break. I know he did not want to say anything more so instead of asking I just embraced him.
"It's okay," I said my voice muffled in his shirt.
"You can tell me anything," I continued. I want Nathan to talk to me, lately we haven't been open with each other. Nathan broke the embraced and we locked eyes.
"I went to Jeremy's and Lilith was there. When I exposed them for the picture Jeremy and I got into a fist fight and I got him to confess," he said rather quickly. Before I could say anything else he grabbed my face and kissed me. He deepened the kiss and one single tear fell from his eye.

"Happy two month anniversary," that was the first thing I heard before I was even awake the next morning. I sat up groggily, my hair messy.
"Happy anniversary," I said as I rubbed my eyes finally seeing everything around me. Before Nathan and I had gone to bed, I told him that we should make today something special.
"We should actually go on a date, we haven't done that in a while," Nathan said honestly as he got out of the car. He That was true, we haven't gone on a real date in a while. Nathan wasn't wearing a shirt and I think I was visibly staring. As he put on his sweatshirt, I got out of the car and asked him, "Well, where should we go?"
"I don't know," he said as he closed the car door and wrapped his arms around me.
"I just want it to be special for you," Nathan said silently as he kissed my forehead.
Real quick "chapter" just to set up for the next chapter.
