Lily’s of Point of View:

I finally released myself from the bedroom that I spent majority of the night in tossing and turning. A restless night of sleep was the last thing I needed. Every time Scott and I fought it seems to take a toll on my behalf the most.

Scott was never the type to show his emotion. He is always either stern or happy. I never got to see to much of his sentimental side. It would be nice if he was the one worried for once, instead of it being me.

“Mrs. Hale?” I heard the voice of Maddie’s soft voice echo through the hallway. My head instantly shot up. “Yes.” I responded, as she hurry her way over to me. In her left hand, seemed like a note.

“Mr. Braun told me I should give this to you admittedly.” Maddie handed me the letter before turning on her heels. I scanned over the cursive handwriting of Scott that read Lily. I peeled back the sticker that kept the letter sealed. The voice of Scott played in my head as I read to myself:

“Lily, I’m truly sorry for my behavior of last night. You’re right. I shouldn’t assume or overreact when I myself also fail to tell you where I’m currently located. If you’re wondering now. I headed down to the office early. That’s why I’m not home to tell you this in person. I promise that I will make it up to you with dinner.”

Love, Scott

Ps. Look at the side table by the front door.

I waltz over towards the door, as a smile appeared on my face I reached down to pick up yet another note. Lilies for Lily. I laughed out loud to myself. Very clever Scott, very clever.

I stood there for a moment inhaling the sweet aroma of the flowers petal. I must of spoken to soon when I said Scott didn’t have sentimental side. This was a very sweet gesture.

Justin’s Point of View:

I watched from a distance as Lily down below gushed over the flowers “Scott” left her. Truth behind that story, Scooter paid a visit to my room last night.

Flashback

I was in the middle of fooling around on my phone. When the bickering downstairs finally came to an halt. I mentally thank god, as I didn’t know how much longer I could take the two of them fighting. I don’t see what’s the big deal about who Lily hangs out with. She’s a grown woman and very capable of making her own decisions.

I guess you could say I wasn’t on Scooter’s side with this argument. I heard the door slam and footsteps trailing towards my room. The door burst open as a completely frantic burst inside.

“Well thanks for knocking.” I rolled my eyes, at him for not having any consideration for my privacy. “Not now Justin. I messed up big time.” Scooter responded as he paced the ground beneath him. “Yeah I heard.” I wasn’t in the mood. I was already caught in the middle enough. I didn’t need the both of them tugging on my arms.

“I just don’t know what to do anymore” Scooter finally took a sit in the chair beside my bed. I never thought I would see this day of me of all people giving him advice. I sighed.

“Okay if you want to make Lily forgive you. Here’s your options. 1.) You can kiss up to her till she forgives you. 2.) Do something that big or small that will make her forgive you.” I replied, hoping that my own advice worked. He rubbed his chin as he thought. “I like suggestion two.” He said briefly.

“Great. Now what is one thing that Lily loves the most?” I’m pretty sure I’ve would of known the answer to that question if I had more time with Lily. “She has a thing for flowers.” Scooter said, which explains the reason why they’re so many different types hanging or sitting around the house.
