The two friends were soon moved from the small ship to the main ship. They were being led through many hallways and lastly to each of their room. They were terrified. Were they ever going to see their own planet again? Were they kept separated to never see each other again? Would they be alone? Would they ever meet again?

Their rooms were locked so they couldn't escape. Both tried to get out. Noah tried more than ten times to get out while Marco only tried two times.

They were left alone with only their thoughts as company.

Marco tried to calm himself when he realized what had happened. He tried to look for things that could bring his mind to calm a little. The room was rather empty. There were only a few things in the room... such as a bed and a table with a chair. A smaller room was connected... a room with a sink and a toilet but no bath.

The main room was big. If Marco had to guess, he would say the room was 6 by 7 meters.

He soon found out that if he wanted something to eat or drink, he couldn't do anything but wait.

He had found a small opening the first day at the door where they gave him food and water. He wasn't sure how often they gave him food, but he was sure that they started with almost ten meals per day. He couldn't eat all the food... It also tasted weird. It was something he had never tasted before. It was some sort of meat they gave him most of the time. If it weren't meat, it was some disgusting jelly thing. He almost threw up every time he tried it. Because he didn't eat as much as the aliens gave him, they didn't come as often.

Also, when seeing that the human was disgusted by the jelly, they tried to give him something else. It was a whole lot better. Marco had no idea what it was. It looked like a potato but tasted kind of like a bitter carrot but with the sweet taste of pineapple mixed in it. It had a weird taste, but he could easily get it down. The potato-looking things were also a bit squishier and juicier. It must be some sort of fruit.

At some point, the door slid automatically open, and a purple and red alien stood on the other side. The alien walked in. Marco couldn't help but stare. It was so skinny; unlike the others, he had seen. This type of skinny looked unhealthy... but what did he know about these aliens anyway?

The alien was tall. Taller than the ones he had seen on Earth.

"What is your name, friend?" a device in the alien's belt let out.

Friend? Marco thought with criticism. He was not a friend to them. If he had the chance, he would kill them!

Marco didn't answer right away. The alien didn't seem like a threat despite its tall figure.

"Marco," Marco slowly said. Marco was too tired to behave aggressively. He wanted to but he knew he couldn't keep it up.

"My name is Laiva, Marco," the device let out after some weird sounds from the alien. Laiva got down on one knee and bowed shortly with a hand on its chest. "I am happy to be the one who gets to spend a little time with you."

'Spend time'? What the hell is that supposed to mean? Marco thought and didn't like it.

"Let me explain," the alien said as if it could read his mind. "I am a healer. I heal the wounded. I also do experiments on other species to make us understand you better. Be aware that at the moment I do not understand you, but you understand me. I do hope Marco is your name for I will be calling you that. I am a male if you are unsure of that."

Laiva got up and pressed a button next to the door. The door closed and locked.

"Marco," the device said as the alien turned. "I have to do experiments on you. Would you like us to do it in your room or in my laboratory? Be aware that in your room it will only be us and in the laboratory, there will be more of my kind. It could be overwhelming for you... If you want to stay in your room clench your fists. If you want to go to my laboratory smack your hands together."
