Noah whined when he was picked up by a blue alien. He was carried to a table where he was put down onto. The cannarrian pushed him down onto his back. Noah squirmed to get out of the cannarrian's grip.

"I'm not wounded," Noah pleaded.

"You need to be tested," Dejal said and kept watching as the blue alien held Noah down.

Noah knew he couldn't fight back, and it was probably for the best anyway to be tested. He calmed down but that didn't last for long as he watched in terror as the alien pulled his shirt up.

"No, I beg of you. I'm good. There's nothing wrong with me," Noah said breathlessly but laid still. He kept talking when the alien pulled his shirt off Noah. "I promise I'll tell if there's something wrong with me but right now there isn't... Please stop touching me."

He felt its fingers run along his ribs. They slowly made their way from his shoulders to his abdomen. The blue alien pulled him up to sit. It checked his back and stopped when looking at Noah's neck.

"Red," it said.

"What?" Noah let out breathlessly. Noah saw in the corner of his eye that Dejal and Meldow looked at him.

"Red," it said again, and Noah could feel a finger on his spine further down his back. The light touch and the cold temperature of the room sent a chill through his body.

"Don't touch him, Levaija," Dejal said as he saw the human shiver. Noah felt the finger disappear. "You're hurting him."

"What? No, it didn't hurt," Noah let out confused.

"Your skin is red," Levaija said as he looked back and forth between the human and Dejal.

"It is?" Noah said, trying to look but couldn't. "Well, not all marks hurt... most do though." He touched his neck to be sure. It was a bit more sore than normal.

"Oh, I know what it is," Noah said. "It is your doing, Dejal."

"What?"

"When you shoved me to the ground. You pinned me down with a hand on my neck and your knee in my spine."

"It's that easy to hurt you?"

"Well... Yeah. I don't know. It doesn't hurt... it's just a bit sore," Noah said and kept letting his fingers brush over his skin. "The skin is just irritated. It'll go away by tomorrow... I think."

"Heal him," Dejal commanded, almost interrupting Noah.

"Yes," the blue alien, Levaija, said and fumbled with something behind Noah. The blue alien must be a doctor or as they would say: a healer.

Noah glanced at Marco a few steps away. He still lay unconscious. A dark kelp green alien hovered over Marco. He couldn't see what it was doing but knew it was healing him.

"I think this would be fine for him," Levaija said. Noah arched his back in a gasp when something cold touched his back.

"Oh... you surprised me," Noah said breathlessly when all the aliens looked shocked and confused at him.

It was a cream. A very VERY cold cream. The blue alien smeared it on his spine and neck. Noah couldn't help the goosebumps that shook his body. How and why is it so cold!? Noah thought as another shiver shook his body.
