Bewo expected the healers to be all over the place now that war was around them. He had to admit he was very surprised to see only a few there.

Every healer they had was on duty. Hevero, Levaija, Larrai, and a bunch of others were there.

"Aitan! Bewo!" Hevero let out when he saw them. "I'm happy to see you again. Aww, and the humans are looking good too. I have been worried about all of you."

"We are happy to see you too, Hevero," Bewo said with a big smile.

"Ooh! And a female!" Hevero let out. "It's an honor to meet you. I am Hevero and the leader of the healers."

"I am commander Ahn," Ahn said and they bowed shortly.

"Welcome to Cannarrah, commander Ahn," Hevero said with a smile. "This is where healing is being dealt."

"She is not really on a tour, Hevero," Aitan said and leaned closer. "We are here to say hello and then I want to speak with you about Noah."

"In private?" Hevero asked, leaning closer the way Aitan had.

"We just want you for a moment," Aitan said. "The others can be there too," Aitan said, referring to Bewo, Marco, and Ahn.

"Okay, I have the time. We are quick healers and I'm sure I am not needed at the moment," Hevero said and started going. "Follow me."

He led them further into the room. He went far back where there was a door.

He opened the door and asked the few healers, taking a break, to leave. They immediately did.

The door slid back in place when all of them were inside.

"So what do you want to know?" Hevero asked and made them all sit by a table.

"Pregnancy," Aitan let out. Ahn looked at him confused. "I have chosen my mate and it will be Noah."

Hevero couldn't help but smile. Hybrids were going to be interesting.

"We can operate a womb inside of your human," Hevero said. "It will take some time but you already know that, Aitan."

"I want to know more too," Marco let out. "I already have the womb."

"You do!?" Noah let out. Marco nodded.

"What more can you tell me?" Marco asked the healer.

"The device inside you will provide you with the medicine needed for your body to accept the womb. A month in your body will have accepted the womb and start producing eggs. But your body is not ready. That will take about a year for us to be sure your body can handle pregnancy."

"That means that in about two weeks we need to use protection?" Bewo asked. He had been sure it was longer.

"Well, yes, but the eggs can't be fertilized yet. There's a small chance of it though. Primarily they aren't strong enough, to say it in a way you understand. They will all die before anything happens. The eggs you will produce will die within you when they are about two days old. After a few months, their lifespan will become longer. That's why we have to wait a year to be sure the child will survive. After about four months into the pregnancy program then you will really need to use protection because this is where they are strong enough to combine with semen and turn into a child. But in this state, your body is as said not ready. The womb is not ready."
