Ray watched as Leuvis stabbed Emma with his hand going through right through her gut. He had always liked her but knew she liked Norman so stayed silent. As he watched this scene before him, he felt anger running through him and shouted at all the other kids to keep shooting, stupidly running towards the demon to grab Emma and get her to safety. He managed to merely miss getting attacked himself and got Emma to the side, going back to fighting. Ray noticed another flash bomb hitting the demon turning to see Emma weakly standing and had sent it, he sighed in relief seeing her alive but also worried that she would overdo it and weaken herself more so focused back on defeating the demon to save her quicker.

Once Leuvis was defeated, Yugo grabbed Emma and told everyone he would take the shortest route back to the shelter and Ray reluctantly said he would take the 3 week route with everyone else.

Those 3 weeks were the longest weeks of the bot's life they eventually got back and Ray saw Emma was still asleep. He sat by her silently and just glared at everyone to go away. Ray would visit Emma everyday to make sure she was okay, he stayed a little longer one day. Starting to lose hope, he got up hearing a voice but tried to ignore it think he was imaging it only stopping when he heard it again.

"Ray..... Ray is that you?"

He turned and saw Emma had woken up so went to go sit back down.

"Yea it's me"

"How much time how we lost? Can we still save everyone?"

"Only 4 weeks Emma"

"4 weeks, we need to get back on track then" she started to get up and Ray shook his head to tell her not to.

"You still need to rest"

"But Ray"

"Think of it this way what use are you to Phil and the others if you aren't fully healed"

"Why do you have such a good point" she frowned at him, pretending to be annoyed and ignore him. Ray just rolled his eyes playfully at this and got up.

"Alright if you're going to be quiet, I better go"

Emma continued to stay silent, finally stopping when she saw Ray at the door "no, fine!.... I actually had a question- well two"

"Sure go ahead" Ray turned around to face Emma.

"Well one do I have to stay in this bed to rest or can I rest somewhere else?"

"I don't know, I don't see why not but you'd have to ask Lucas since he knows more about first aid then I do. Once you've asked the other question then I'll go ask him"

"Okay thanks and two could we go off to a place I've noticed on one of the new maps?"

"Which map?"

"The 2017 one. It's the facility building"

"Oh... I mean I guess we could. Once you're healed we can go just us two and any one else you want"

"I think just us two"

"Mkay now let me go ask Lucas your first question"

Emma nodded as Ray walked off to find him. Emma giggled a little when she heard Ray scream before shouting at Don to stop scaring him and Don just arguing "he was in front of him the whole time."

After about 10 minutes Ray walked back in to where Emma was. She beamed when he walked in wondering what the news was so waited for him to speak.

"Lucas said you can go rest somewhere else and start to get up and move but not overworking yourself so no going outside just yet"

"That's fair" she smiled more at what Ray said and moved to get up, wincing a little as she moved so Ray stayed nearby. Emma eventually got up and made her way to her room, carefully lying down on the bed.
