"After this, you have a photoshoot for a magazine cover―"
"Whoa, cover? I thought I'll only be on a page?" Beomgyu frowns in confusion as he looked at the staff, unable to move on the chair since the makeup artist was doing a few retouches on his face.
"Beomgyu, you're Beomgyu, of course, you'll be on the cover," His manager speaks behind the feeble-looking staff.
His face gleamed from the lightbulbs stuck on the mirror, he looks at his reflection and fixes his hair, before sighing, "Okay, you can continue, what do I have after the shoot?"
"Nothing. You have the rest of the day to yourself," The staff answers in a small voice.
"I have the rest of the day to myself, you say?" Beomgyu's lips form into a grin.
He quickly opens his phone to check the time, it was still fairly early in the morning, it's the widest he's ever smiled so far today. 'I still have enough time to rush home and make lunch for―'
"Beomgyu, back on set in two minutes," One of the organizers barged into the room to call him back out to the set of an interview he was currently doing.
"Got that," He answers with a nod, he waited for the makeup artist to finish up on the retouches before he could stand up from the chair and give himself one last look in the mirror, just for a good measure.
"So, this has been a frequent question among the fans but everyone has been dying to know!" The interviewer glances down at her script, reading the next question for Beomgyu and another co-actress he's worked with.
"The chemistry between you two is undeniable! The internet's been speculating whether the two of you are in a relationship or not~"
'Is this interviewer dumb or did she not do any basic research at all? I thought the whole world knew that I was taken?'
Both of them busted a laugh, but you can probably tell who was faking it. Beomgyu looks at every camera in the room while he tries his best to give out a believable laugh that won't make people overanalyze his movements. He fixes his posture on the couch as he turns to his co-actress and lets her take the answer to the question.
"Well! Anything is possible!" She bubbled and gazes back at Beomgyu. His laugh dies out and his face almost goes numb, that was not the answer he wanted.
"No!~" He instantly shots up another smile for the interviewer, replying with the real answer.
"Oh, you're not?" The interviewer was now puzzled despite maintaining her 'happy and approachable' tone.
"No, we are not!"
"Are you sure? No skeletons in the closet?"
"Yup, I assure you, she and I are," He looks at her and sees her looking at him with a slightly disappointed expression, "Just great friends."
"If... that's the case, who am I to pry? Hahaha~" The interviewer chuckled, "Then what are your ideal types if the both of you are single?"
"Oh, I'm not that picky," His co-actress goes first, "All I want is a man that's good with kids, gets along well with my parents, and can take good care of me." She then turns to bat her eyelashes at him, making it seem more like they actually were dating.
"Wow~ Your future husband must be so lucky! What about you Beomgyu?"
"I don't have a type," He plays it safe and does not return his co-actress the dreamy stare she's giving him.
