Daily Reflection

Start reflecting on a daily basis. Make it a habit that before going to bed and before going to sleep, think about what you have done within the day and reflect on what you have learned from that. The purpose is not to stress you out nor to increase your anxiety but it is for self-growth and development. It's about how would you turn those weaknesses into a strength and turn those rejections and failures into a profit.
