"CONTENTMENT"
Once, I complaint of being jobless. But when I met someone who's not even a degree holder, I received compliments from her. "You're such a blessed person", she said.
I realized, how you handle hardships in life depends upon your mindset. It's not about the severity of a trial, but it's about how you think and establish that good mindset.
When we think about things we don't have, think about things we have that others don't have. Think about those qualities and blessings you have that others might still be dreaming of.
Having a higher position in your workplace and still complain? Think about those people who have lower positions than you.
Complaining about your job? Think about those people who are jobless.
Complaining for being jobless? Think about those who's still an undergrad.
Complaining of being undergrad and eager to finish college on time? Think about those who haven't stepped into college because of financial difficulty.
Complaining because you haven't stepped into college? Think about those who don't have education at all. Think about those people who can't even eat 3x a day.
Complaining for the pressure you received from your parents? Think about those people who lose their parents.
Complaining for the life you have? Think about those people who passed away, who wishes to bring their life back so they could still do additional good deeds.
We live in a generation where people like us are full of complaints. Sometimes, we feel like life is so hard and tough it's not because it really is, but it is because we lack something that will brighten or light up our life:
"Being Grateful and Contentment".
Remember, one of the keys to live a happy life is having contentment and being grateful.
