Rudeness
At times, we see people's rude behavior as unacceptable. But sometimes we have to understand that a person's rude behavior doesn't only come from knowledge or information they have learned. It can also comes from traumatic experiences. Rudeness shouldn't only be healed through learning, but it must also be healed through listening and understanding.
