"IT'S OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY"

Make it normal to be expressive of what you feel. But sometimes it's difficult to live in a world who do not recognize different emotions and having an unstable mind is considered alien.

We live in a world where not to feel better is abnormal. It's abnormal to cry, and have fears especially for simple things. It's weird to cry and feeling down.

When a man is feeling down, he can't cry because a man who cry is considered weak. That's what our society says.

A mother can't cry because crying symbolizes as weakness and a mother can't be weak. That's what our society says.

When a student cry, we consider it as weakness. This is what the society says.

We see crying as a symbol of weakness and fears as a symbol of immaturity. And everything results to becoming unexpressive.

Some Important things we have to consider and remember:

1. Admitting you're not okay is normal and healthy. If you can't make it and if you are having a hard time in your life, you have freedom to express it. Becoming expressive of something that makes you feel bad is brave.

2. Have your moment if you are tied up. If you have worries as to what the people around you would say, stop being concern about it and start valuing your time being with yourself.

3. Recognition of your emotions is important. You do not live according to other people's point of view. It's you who have the knowledge of what you really feel inside.

4. Accepting you cannot be okay most of the time is a must. To feel down, to feel upset is okay. When people says it's unacceptable to become a person in this way, start building that concept in yourself that you are accepting you have limitations and you cannot be the way the society wants you to become.

Remember, to feel down, to feel upset, to cry and to feel pain is healthy and people who recognizes it and speaks about it is actually speaking with conviction. We forgot that being real is a passion where not everyone had mastered it. We are afraid of losing to be strong and live in a world of loneliness but we forget that the one who fights the loneliness in a world who dismisses and rejected different emotions is the one who has the most powerful voice and spirit.
