Adulting Stage
Adulting stage could be tiring sometimes. It's harder than we thought. When we were young, we always wanted to become adult. And now we are adult we wanted to become a kid again. Why? Because we were never taught that becoming an adult is about facing the reality of life. Work to pay bills, providing our basic needs, these are only some of the things we are facing as an adult.
What's terrible about being an adult is that we are forced to realize how the world works, and we have to deal alone the difficulties and trials in our life. We have to become responsible. Adulthood is stressful but we couldn't turn back time. It doesn't move backwards.
In some point adulthood has advantages too. On top of that is becoming independent. That means having the freedom to be on your own. You also start to realize your worth. When adulthood strikes you, you start to love yourself, and accepting yourself.
Whether adulthood has a lot of advantages or disadvantages, remember that adulthood is not just about age but it's about having the knowledge of self. Adulthood is not about growing old but it's about growing up.
