No to hate
If I'll be asked what big changes I made in my life from the past years up to this time? That is, I further understood the importance of forgiveness.
When I see someone having a happy life and still manage to be happy despite of the trials they have, the common thing about them is that they don't make grudges, they don't implant any displeasure, and they forgive the people around them. And when I asked why, they said,
"You have to forgive others as how you want Allah to forgive your sins, faults and mistakes."
And when I started to practice what they told me I felt peace, both of my mind and heart. The tranquility I felt when forgiving others is something I would be so proud of because I know for sure my soul won't be bothered even if it would be perished the moment I will close my eyes.
Indeed, what triggers a person's mental health problem is the imposition of hatred, anger, suspicion, and envy.
