Chapter 23: Gastly vs Kadabra!

Aoi is seen standing next to Ash, Pokeballs in hand as they're standing in the room of the Gym Leader, Sabrina.

Entering the two hold their stances,

"Sabrina! We've come back to challenge you to another gym battle!" Ash says, determined as Sabrina, or the child, answers,

"Another battle? Even after my Kadabra beat up both your Pikachu and Scyther during the last match?" Sabrina's kid, or even a junior herself, says as Aoi remarks,

"We aren't going to go one-on-one... We request a Double Battle!" Aoi says as the young adult Sabrina's eyes widened, before it returns to normal, the child says,

"I accept your challenge. But if I win... You'll have to play with me for all eternity!" The girl says, as the two float to their place, as two pokeballs float beside the woman's head, as soon, the woman says,

"Go, Kadabra and Drowzee!" Sabrina says as the two pokeballs violently throw and pop out comes two Physic Pokemon,

"A Drowzee...?" Aoi says, as the two look on in confidence but also uncertainty.

"Alright then... Go, Haunter!" Ash says as Aoi says,

"Let's do this, Gastly!" Aoi says with Ash in unison as the two Ghost Types pop out, surprising Sabrina just by a bit.

"So... You two captured your own Ghost Pokemons?" Sabrina says as Haunter... Uh, didn't seem to take his own trainer seriously, continuing to fade in and out, lazily,

"W-Wait a minute... Ash, why is Haunter acting like this?" Aoi wondered as Ash tried to call out for Haunter, as Gastly was a bit confused, and Sabrina demanded the other Pokemon to be out and ready for battle, as Aoi thinks,

"So this must be what the badges are for... When obtaining a badge, it helps show Pokemon of your strength and worth, just like Brock said. That is why Charmeleon didn't seem fond of Ash and took Misty and Brock well, due to their status as Gym Leaders... Great, now we got a slacker..." Aoi is disappointed, as Ash suddenly says,

"Well? Are you two ready yet?" Sabrina says as a violent aura surrounded her with physic powers, startling both of her Pokemon before they become more shuttle.

"Y-Yeah! Just a sec!" Ash says in excuse as Aoi started to feel that this gym was just a murder match,

"The battle will begin NOW," Sabrina ordered, as Ash seemed... Out of ideas. Until...

"Ugh... I quit! Aoi! RUN!!!" Ash says as Aoi knew what this meant, as Ash and Aoi run, as Gastly rushes beside its trainer, as the two leave the door,

"W-Wait! What about Brock and Misty!?!" Aoi says, as the two stop for the sudden thought that they left the two behind.

"Brock! Misty!" Ash calls as Gastly felt the immense physic power radiating as the small girl floats behind the two, as her eyes glow red, Brock and Misty are caught as Gastly's eyes widened in horror, as Pikachu, itself, Ash, and Aoi watch as the two shrinks and flop to the ground,

"D-Doll!?!" Aoi is horrified as Ash is shocked,

"They... They're dolls!" Ash is horrified as Sabrina smiles,

"Now I am going to turn all of you into dolls!" Sabrina says in a rushed manner, shocking the two as suddenly...

"!?!" Everyone is surprised as the same man before the group,

"Sometimes you've got to retreat to win!" The man says,

"Teleportation!" He shouts as the group soon are outside of the gym, a bit away from it in general, as the group is relieved as Aoi recalls his Ghastly...
