Chapter 25: Pokemon Scent-sation!

Within Celedon City, Aoi and Samurai are seen alongside Misty, Brock, and Ash, as they are caught by the aromas of fragrances of perfumes. It didn't take long to lure Misty into the store and Aoi due to his liking and interest in the perfumes.

"This scent is one of our most popular. It's called "Daffodil Dreams." Says a woman, a very pretty one in fact, as Gold is seen sniffing and taking an interest in the scent. Aoi found it amazing too, as he was around a good amount of perfumes back at home with Dan, his dad. This was because his Eevee, being a girl, loves scents and takes pride in them,

"It smells like a garden..." Misty was captured by its scent, as Aoi liked it too, but he likes very soft yet stronger smells.

"Do you have anything softer yet strong?" Aoi wondered as the other woman nods,

"Here is our less noticed smell, "Marshmellow Palace." She sprays a bit of the perfume on Aoi's wrist, like Gold and he smells it,

"Oh wow... It smells amazing...!" Aoi is shocked as the other women take amazement at Aoi's Pidgeot, its feathers being a stunning showcase to them, as Pikachu is seen at Misty's side, smelling the perfumes and taking an interest, and when they explained they were having a sale, Aoi was VERY tempted to buy it, as he had enough money to splurge. However...

"Don't buy them, you two!" Ash says as Aoi and Misty were confused and a bit of horror washes over their face as Ash went on about how the perfumes are wastes of money and they "stink." Misty however felt embarrassed, asking Ash to go away as the woman showing the perfumes was very offended by the remarks.

"I resent that remark!" Says a woman, as everyone turns as a woman, said to be the manager of the establishment, wears a kimono with hair in many unique bun-like shapes and decorations to boot. The kimono was highly decorated as well, fit for someone of high class and money.

"Young man." She says in a slightly angered yet calmed demeanor, as Aoi and Misty's souls SANK as she pulls a new one for Ash, and Samurai knew more than well to mess with women, especially their perfumes, attempting to get rid of Ash,

"Eh... SO... A few tens?" Aoi asked as the woman who is now selling a few perfumes to him giggled,

"Don't worry, he'll be gone before you know it. You know... Not many guys come and buy perfumes. I am surprised that you and your gorgeous Pidgeot are here as well." The woman says as Aoi chuckles,

"W-Well... My father is into perfumes for his Eevee, so I took some liking to them. Never hurts to get something once and a while!" Aoi awkwardly chuckles...

"Wow... So perfumes are also a form of emotional satisfaction for Grass Pokemon?" Aoi is seen inside none other than the Celedon City Gym, taking some tours with two women as Gold walks alongside him,

"Oh yes, but not just Grass Pokemon, many types of Pokemon are attracted and feel different emotions based on a scent such as perfume! Your Pidgeot seems absolutely relaxed with the same scent that you find appealing, although it affected both of you differently." They say as Aoi nods, as looking at his badge case...

It is discovered that Aoi fought and gained the Celedon City Gym Badge! It wasn't hard really, with Charmeleon and Pidgeot WITHOUT the Mega Evolution, due to insecurities and uncertainties, they won and gained that badge.

"Woah...!" Aoi's eyes widened as a whole line of perfumes were introduced, inside a room where many Pokemon roam, mainly grass types as the women pets the Pokemon,

"Since you're one of the first males to ever visit, we're going to allow you to choose one of our one-of-a-kind perfumes! It should be taken into account which one you like, and what your Pokemon like." They say as Aoi is seen sampling some of the scents, Gold seems to hate the dull ones and the in-between.
